Sumadang, named and founded by Yang Zhenglong, is a national AA scenic spot. Historical development

"Sumadang" was originally named "sumadang". At that time, "sumatang" was a very small place name of the original Sanhe herbal medicine farm. As for "sumatang", Yang Zhenglong's hometown. Influenced by Deng Xiaoping's southern tour, he began to think about it in 1992 when he worked in the financial department. He wrote "the idea of contracting the original Sanhe herbal medicine farm and establishing the Moudao forestry Pharmaceutical Corporation", which was recognized by Pu Yaofu, Zhao Mingke and Xiang cungang, who were led by the former Moudao district Party committee and the district magistrate. On March 8, 1993, Yang Zhenglong took up the post of general manager of Sanhe herbal medicine farm (Moudao forestry Pharmaceutical General Company) in Moudao District of Lichuan City. He put forward the idea of "developing forestry medicine, paying close attention to tourism, developing industry and Commerce simultaneously, and developing three-dimensional development". The layout is: "two farms, two factories and one center": two farms: herbal medicine farm and forest farm (one industry); two factories: prefabrication factory and wood factory (two industry); one center: Commerce and transportation Transportation, tourism and service center (three industries). Yang Zhenglong thought that "sumatang" was petty and ambitious, so he changed "sumatang" to "sumatang". In 1996, Yang Zhenglong left here to go back to work in finance. The first Rhododendron Cultural Tourism Festival: in 2008, the National Tourism Administration designated the year as "eco-tourism year". The third sumadang Rhododendron culture and Tourism Festival was held on May 8, 2010 It was opened in a festive atmosphere, attracting thousands of tourists from all over the country.
