It is located in the north of Sanjiangkou with Qiantang River in the West. The transit highway is connected with Qianjiang bridge. It has superior geographical location and convenient transportation. With an area of 4 square kilometers and 30 villager groups, it is one of the most populous administrative villages in Xiaoshan District.

As early as 1997, the planning and construction of the Industrial Park began.
