Historical evolution
Guangrenwang temple is composed of main hall, stage and wing room. It is surrounded by walls and has a small gate in the southeast corner.
Layout structure
The main hall is located in the north and south. It was built in the fifth year of Dahe (831) of the Tang Dynasty. It has five bays, four rafters and three deep rafters. The plan is rectangular, with single eaves resting on the top of the mountain. The capitals and brackets are made of five pavilions and double plaques. The seclusion of the various brackets is very deep, the edges and corners of the arch petals are obvious, the internal shelves are made of huge brackets, the forked hands are long and strong, and the dwarf columns are thin and short, forming a very gentle xiapo, which can only be compared with the South Chan Temple of Wutai Mountain To be. There are no columns in the hall, and all the beams are exposed. The structure of the whole building is simple, simple and powerful, showing the architectural style of the Tang Dynasty.
Repair period
After thousands of years of ups and downs and constant repair, it still has the style of Tang Dynasty. Opposite to the main hall is the Qing Dynasty theater building, which sits south to north. Although it is a Qing Dynasty building, it is integrated with the main hall, forming a complete quadrangle temple building.
On the wall of the main hall of Wulong temple, there are two Tang steles. The first one is "Longquan Ji of Guangren king", which was established in 808, the third year of Yuanhe reign of emperor Xianzong of Tang Dynasty. Pei Shaowei's handwriting in Hedong is vigorous and beautiful. It records in detail the deeds of county magistrate Yugong who used Longquan water to irrigate farmland.
In this paper, the historical event that ximenbao led zhangshui to govern Ye is cited to show the Gong's contribution to governing Rui; another stele is Longquan Ji, which was set up in 832, the sixth year of the reign of emperor Wenzong of the Tang Dynasty, and records the whole process of the expansion and repair of the Wulong temple. These two monuments are valuable for the study of the history of water conservancy development in the middle of Tang Dynasty.
