Yehe Dongcheng site

Yehe east city site is located in the west gate of Longshoushan park. It is the city where emperor Taiji's grandfather lived. It is known as Yehe east city in history. The old city wall site can be seen at the west gate. There are many anecdotes and legends about Longshou mountain, including many pavilions, steles and buildings, which record the relics of each historical period. For example, Heben Pavilion, Kuixing tower, various inscriptions and monuments of people's heroes all reflect the history of urban development and change in different periods.

Longshan park is said to be the east city of Yehe tribe of Nuzhen nationality in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Now the site of Yehe east city is being repaired and perfected to reproduce the style of the ancient city. The west gate of Longshoushan park is restored as the gate of Yehe east city, and 500-1000 meters antique walls and towers are built. On the walls, publicity murals are set up. The process of Yehe east city from establishment to extinction is reflected in the form of comic strips. A Yehe east city park is built near the west gate of the park, and the whole city is miniature according to the appropriate proportion to reproduce the panorama of Yehe east city.

Current facilities

Yehe Dongcheng site is improving the infrastructure, supporting facilities and service facilities of various scenic spots in Longshoushan park to improve the overall level. We will continue to improve the facilities and functions of the children's entertainment park and other scenic spots in the park to improve the overall level. Second, the original buildings, pavilions, steles, doors and so on were built to reproduce the original style. The third is to build a downhill cableway in the south of Longshoushan Park, which is integrated with the park on Dongliao River to form a scenic line connecting mountains and rivers.
