Maqu, which means "Peacock River" in Tibetan, means the Yellow River. It is the only county named after the Yellow River in China and is famous for the first bend of the Yellow River. This scenic spot is not the first bay of Tangke Jiuqu Yellow River, which is well known to most tourists, but the turning of the Yellow River near Maqu Yellow River Bridge.
The Yellow River flows eastward from Bayankala mountain and forms a 433km long "first bend of the nine bends of the Yellow River" in Maqu County. Because the process is too long and the span is too large, you can't enjoy the whole picture of the first song on the ground. More than 10 kilometers northeast of the county, the whole picture of the small first song is quite similar to the whole picture of the first song, which doesn't disappoint the tourists. Located 4km away from the county seat, there is the first bridge on the upper reaches of the Yellow River.
