After the cultural revolution, the party's religious policy was implemented, and the cultural landscape of Liaoyuan area was waiting for a hundred wastes. It happened that Master Wang Quanlin, chairman of Liaoning Taoist Association, went back to his hometown to visit his relatives and ancestors, and visited his mother's temple. He burst into tears, so he had a great wish to rebuild his mother's temple. It took two years for the master to raise money in various ways. By 1994, he had raised more than 1.5 million yuan to restore and rebuild the large-scale buildings such as Cihang hall, Sangong palace, Dharma protection hall, Erjin dongxipeidian, Zhaitang liaoshe, Beilin, Wuchang, Jiaomen, Wai and so on. Religious activities that had been interrupted for many years were resumed. On the day of the reopening of Fushou palace, 100000 people from Liaoyuan city attended the opening ceremony. Since then, religious activities have flourished, believers have gathered and incense has flourished. In the past ten years, the restoration of Fushou palace has never stopped.

In the architectural complex of Fushou palace stands a magnificent tower with carved beams and painted buildings, which is the Kuixing tower in Liaoyuan, known as "the first building of Xuanmen in China". The tower is divided into nine floors (including mezzanine) for the number of heaven and earth to Yang. The tower is 66 meters high, with a base diameter of 40 meters and a body diameter of 24 meters. The whole building is designed in accordance with Taoist Taiji, Liangyi, Sancai, Sixiang, Wuxing, Liuhe, Qixing, Bagua and Jiugong, which is in accordance with the natural number of heaven and earth.
