Development history
A long time ago, on the North Bank of Songhua River and ChaLin River, a couple of father and son who escaped from Guanli used primitive methods to open up wasteland. Day after day, year after year, blood blisters on the hands of father and son become cocoons. Although progress was slow, they persevered. Their tenacity moved the gods. One night, my father had a dream that the gods gave him three plowshares, one big and two small. The immortal said, "you father and son will not have to work so hard in the future." When I woke up in the morning, I saw three pairs of plowshares arranged neatly by the ChaLin river. The father and son were very happy and worked harder. In less than half a year, they reclaimed thousands of hectares of farmland. Another night, the father and the son had a dream of immortals again. The immortals told him: "the cultivated land is enough. We should leave some wasteland for future generations to cultivate and let other animals in nature survive. In order to let people remember these words, the three ploughshares will stay on the other side of ChaLin River forever. " With that, the immortal disappeared. When they got up the next morning, they found that the three sacred plows had become mountains, towering on the other side of ChaLin river. Later, this mountain was called huazi mountain, and the three plowshares were called dahuazi, erhuazi and sanhuazi respectively.
Huazi mountain is the symbol of Tonghe. This legend reflects the tenacious pioneering spirit of Tonghe people and the fine tradition of ecological protection and harmonious coexistence with nature.
