Memorial Hall of former residence of Comrade Lin Feng
The memorial hall of Comrade Lin Feng's former residence is located at No. 1, Lingfeng Road, Wangkui Town, Wangkui County, Suihua City.
The former residence of Comrade Lin Feng was built in 1918, with seven main rooms and five East and West Wing rooms. It is a typical northeast residential building, simple and elegant. At the beginning of 1992, with the approval of Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and government, the former residence was fully repaired. On this basis, the memorial hall of Comrade Lin Feng's former residence was established and opened to the public on July 26, 1994. Lin Feng, born in Wangkui County, Heilongjiang Province in 1906, joined the revolution in 1924 and joined the party in 1927. He served successively as the Secretary of the CPC underground party Beiping and Tianjin municipal Party committee, the organization director of the North Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, the Secretary of the Shanxi provincial Party committee, and the chairman of the Northeast Administrative Committee; he was transferred to the Central Committee in 1954. In April 1945 and September 1956, he was elected to the seventh and Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China respectively. He has successively served as vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the second and third National People's Congress, President and Secretary of the CPC Central Committee's senior party school. In 1977, Comrade Lin Feng died of illness. The memorial hall of Comrade Lin Feng's former residence covers an area of 5000 square meters and a building area of 735 square meters. There are more than 400 cultural relics in the collection, of which 30 are precious relics of Comrade Lin Feng, and 3 are identified as first-class revolutionary cultural relics by the national revolutionary cultural relics appraisal team. There are four exhibition rooms in the Museum: first, the Memorial Exhibition of Lin Feng's former residence; second, the attached Exhibition "Jiqing Zhai"; third, the exhibition of Wangkui county's economic development; fourth, the exhibition of the museum's collections. The memorial display of Lin Feng's former residence records in detail the life experience of Comrade Lin Feng with a large number of precious relics and photos, vividly and vividly reproduces the lofty integrity and fine style of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries, as well as their ordinary and great spiritual outlook.
