Introduction to the village

Wuxing village is located in the north suburb of Yuyao City, 5km away from the center of Yuyao City. It is the north gate of Fengshan street in Yuyao City. The village committee is located in Bali natural village. Wuxing village is adjacent to Yongfeng Village in the south, Henghe town of Cixi City in the East, Zhengxiang lane of low Tang street in the north, yaolow River (Zhongjiang) in the west, and north suburb village of Yangming street across the river. At present, the total area of the village is 3.4 square kilometers, with 2940 mu of cultivated land, including nearly 1000 mu of high-yield agriculture, with the highest yield of 1700 kg / mu. There are 454 mu of forest and 121.5 mu of water. There are 28 natural villages, 17 villager groups, 1832 households and 4780 permanent residents in the village. In 2006, the total social output value of the village was 380 million yuan, the per capita income was 10300 yuan, the available funds of village level collective was 1.78 million yuan, and the total assets of village collective was 6.88 million yuan. Now there are 250 registered enterprises, of which 27 have annual sales of more than one million. The village established a general Party branch in 2001, which has five party branches and 135 party members. Wuxing village is an advanced unit in Yuyao City.

Evolution of village history

Wuxing village, in the song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, belongs to Yuezhou Kuaiji county (Shaoxing), Yuyao County, Zhuxi Township, anyangli. In the Tang Dynasty, there were 100 households for Li and five li for Xiang. In the period of the Republic of China, Shengyan belonged to Yibao, Yunxi township. Pali, zhengheyan and tunshan first belonged to Tunxi Township, and then changed to Shenggui township. Pali is the 11 guarantees for Shenggui Township, and tunshan and zhengheyan are the 8, 9 and 10 guarantees. Weng Zhang is the Liubao of Henghe and Shiyan townships.

After liberation in 1949, the village was replaced by the village.

In 1950, Shengyan was the third village of Jianjiang Township in Zhoucang District, Pali was the fifth village of tunshan Township in Chengbei District, tunshan was the third and fourth village of tunshan Township in Chengbei District, zhengheyan was the third and fifth village of tunshan Township in Chengbei District, and wengzhang was the sixth village of Shiyan Township in Henghe district. In 1954, the boundaries of Yuyao and Cixi counties were adjusted, and Shengyan was divided into three villages in Jianjiang Township, low Tang district.

In 1956, it was changed into Shuanglian senior society in Xiangkuang township of low Tang district. In the second half of the same year, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. From low Tang district to Shenggui township of North City District, Shuanglian senior society was established. Tunshan is the tunshan senior society of Shenggui Township, zhengheyan is the wholehearted senior society of Shenggui Township, Weng Zhang is divided into the north of the city from Henghe district and Shiyan Township, and Shenggui township is Fenglin senior society.

In 1958, when the general line, the great leap forward and the people's commune had three red flags, they were around the city commune, six teams, and then around the city commune, and the victory came back to the management area. In 1959, it was changed into accounting unit, including tunshan accounting unit, triple accounting unit, double accounting unit and Zhuyi accounting unit.

In 1960, the original Wuxing village was divided into County farm, tunshan No.1 farm, zhu12 farm, Shuanglian No.3 farm, zhengheyan No.4 farm and wengzhang No.5 farm.

In 1961, it was restructured into Shenggui commune double team, Zhuyi team, Xinxin team, Fenglin team and Tunxi team in Chengbei district.

In November 1969, Shuanglian, Zhuyi, Quanxin, Fenglin, Tunxi, Minjian, and the six brigades merged into the five-star brigade of Shenggui commune. At that time, with a total population of more than 5000, Yuyao county had the largest population and the largest area, with an area of 3.5 square kilometers.

In 1970, Hongqiao and Shenggui commune merged into Chengbei commune, which was called the five-star brigade of Chengbei commune in Yuyao county.

In 1983, after the separation of government and society, the five-star brigade was divided into Shengyan village committee, Pali village committee, zhengheyan village committee, wengzhang village committee and tunshan village committee.

In 1992, the five villages were divided into Yuyao town.

In October 2001, the administrative villages were merged and renamed Wuxing village, Dongbei street, Yuyao City. Later, it was renamed Wuxing village, Fengshan street, Yuyao City.

Origin of village name

Shengyan Village: Once upon a time, there was a Shengyan regulating the water level of the middle and upper rivers. The village got its name from Shengyan. Tunshan Village: in 400 A.D., sun en, the leader of the peasant uprising army in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, led more than 1000 soldiers to conduct military exercises at the top of tunshan mountain, so it was named tunshan. The village got its name from tunshan mountain. Zhengheyan Village: it is named after Zheng, who lived on both sides of the river. Weng Zhang Village: it was named after Weng and Zhang who lived in the village. Pali village: it is said that there were many bamboo fences in the old village, so it was named. Five Star Village: in 1969, it was composed of several small villages scattered in the three districts (Henghe, Xiaotang and Chengbei). In 1983, the five-star brigade was divided into five administrative villages. In October 2001, after the merger of the administrative villages, five villages were merged, so they were renamed Wuxing village, Fengshan street, Yuyao City. The naming of Wuxing village has a long history.

Industrial economy

We should give priority to agriculture, vigorously develop efficient agriculture, and plant economic crops with pollution-free vegetables. There are 850 mu of perennial vegetables and 25 mu of greenhouse vegetables in the village. In addition, another 300 mu infrastructure reconstruction project with an investment of nearly 1.1 million yuan is being started. Taking advantage of suburban areas to develop various types of small and medium-sized enterprises, the industrial economy has a good momentum of development. There is a five-star industrial and trade zone at the municipal level, and Hengda electromechanical and nonferrous metal materials city will be located in the village.

Around the requirements of the new rural construction, the detailed planning scheme of the new rural construction in the North was formulated. The villagers' social security system has been improved, and the old-age security has been provided for 506 land expropriated people. The new cooperative medical insurance coverage rate is more than 95%.
