Puppet Manchukuo military department

The predecessor of the military department of the puppet Manchuria state was the Preparatory Office of the military and political department in Shenyang, which was established in March 1932 and moved to Changchun in April of the same year. On July 1, 1937, the police department of the puppet army's Political Department and the puppet civil affairs department was changed into the Ministry of public security, which carried out the principle of putting public order first (that is, suppressing the Anti Japanese forces). In April 1943, as the Japanese imperialist war of aggression went from bad to worse, the puppet Ministry of public security was changed into the Ministry of military affairs, which was in charge of national defense, military affairs, military and political affairs. The police department was changed into the general police department, which was directly under the leadership of the Puppet State Council.

After the completion of the puppet army Affairs Department building, it became the center of suppressing the Anti Japanese people by force, commanding the army, police, constitution and special forces in Northeast China to suppress the people and brutally encircle and suppress the Anti Japanese forces.

In 1970, the building was built on the first floor as a whole, and the roof was changed to Xie Shan roof. The glazed tiles on the roof and cornice were changed to green, and the large-scale decorative relief pattern was added later. Therefore, the existing contradiction of the building was intensified.

The puppet Ministry of public security has been reorganized and renamed the Ministry of military affairs and the Ministry of military affairs. The Political Department of the puppet army once built another consulting conference room. The building has two floors, with large and small conference rooms and places for entertainment, reading and other functions. Brick and wood structure, the elevation through the setting of local platform to form a high and low scattered architectural shape. The population canopy has a unique form, with arched openings on three sides, rough stone panels and two slope tops on the top. The roof is dark brown glazed tile, with cornice for free drainage. Other external wall finishes are roughened with cement mortar, and even three chimneys are also used as a means of architectural composition.
