Yuliao is located along the coast

According to Pingyang County annals, since the early Ming Dynasty, Japanese pirates invaded the coastal areas of Zhejiang and Fujian. In 1387, Tang He was ordered to set up a garrison in Jinxiang and build a fortress. At the same time, he built qianhusuo in Zhuangzi. Wucheng was the former site of Wucheng. Its scale was similar to that of pumensuo. There were 15 Qianhu officials, 1232 flag troops, 1 tower and 3 hous. He once set up a beacon tower at the commanding height of jiucaiyuan village, and Xinzhi set up fengwanhou. In the eighth year of Zhengtong (1443), the Japanese invaders invaded the city of heroes, and the vice qianhuwang mountain attacked and died. In the early years of Longqing (1567), the strongman's office was merged with the Pumen's office, which was called puzhuang's office. Because it was located on the seashore and foggy, the strongman's office was changed into Wucheng. Now the beacon tower stands on the top of the mountain, the city wall still exists, and the Ximen bucket is still there, which is magnificent.

In 1661, in order to prevent the coastal residents from helping Zheng Chenggong, the Qing government ordered the coastal residents to move 10 Li into the mainland and cut wood as the boundary. At this time, the residents of Yuliao were forced to move inland for ten li, the houses outside the boundary were burned down, the immigrants left their hometown, the men's names and women's crying, and they heard about each other all over the country. In the first year of Yongzheng (1723) of the Qing Dynasty, Fang Youke and Yang moved here from Quanzhou, Fujian Province. They set up a hut to fish and reproduce. So they called this place Yuliao.

Music stone

In the middle of the beach, there are heaps of overlapping stones of different sizes and empty inside, which are called music stones. Why do these stones make wonderful music? It is said that in ancient times, along the Pu Mulin, there was an old well named Huang ayang. He wanted to find out, so he jumped into the well and found a broad road leading to Lvshan. Later, Lu Shan's mother took him as a disciple and studied Dharma for three years. Lu Shan's mother sent him a Dharma instrument and a big tortoise to take him home to ward off evil spirits. Because he ranked ninth among the brothers, people called him master Huang Jiu. One year, Mr. Huang Jiushi transported French musical instruments from Mulin to Yuliao beach. When he came ashore, he put his musical instruments on the rocks. The rocks were inspired by the Dharma, and they gave out five tones and seven rhythms.

Meretrix meretrix

Meretrix meretrix, the "best fresh fish in the world", is raised on the broad and flat beach. Because there is no pollution, the Meretrix produced here is a designated imported seafood from Japan.
