Lotus root

Shuisi is located in dongdang, Baoying County, at the junction of Yangzhou, Yancheng and Huai'an. It is known as "the land of water". During the reign of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty, shuisi lotus root powder was selected as a royal tribute, known as "snow flake of goose feather".

Beautiful legend

There is a beautiful legend about shuisi lotus root: it is said that a long time ago, the five lakes and four lakes in Baoying turned out to be a sheet of white water with only some reeds and cattail. From then on, here is the lotus leaf field, lotus in full bloom, pink and bright red, a fragrance, just like the fairyland of yaochi in the sky.
