Bazhou River Scenic Area

The eight boat River scenic area is a key scenic spot in Guizhou province. It concentrates on the essence of Guizhou's southern Dong's natural landscape and folk style. The main scenic spot of Bazhou river is centered on Gaotun town. Gaotun is close to mountains on one side and water on both sides. It is a beautiful and dangerous place for garrison troops in ancient times. Green mountains and clear water in spring and summer, red leaves in autumn and winter, beautiful scenery, picturesque.

Bazhou River scenic spot is composed of limestone karst landform landscape, river and lake island water landscape, subtropical karst forest landscape, underground karst cave landscape, hilly grassland landscape, rural scenery and Dong Miao customs.
