The total investment of Qixian Dafu village is 360 million yuan, covering an area of 3500 mu. The whole project is planned to build Xiannv lake, Yuanbao lake, fuyuanwaifu, Qixian quadrangle, xiaodanyang Guanyin temple, wanniantai, Tianxian Pavilion, Qixian academy, Peacock Garden, laohuaishu, Muzha Museum, sunshine beach, shierfang traditional workshop street and other scenic spots. Qixian Dafu village is located in the style of Han and Tang Dynasties. Centering on the two themes of farming culture and love legend, it fully explores the historical and cultural origin of xiaodanyang in Hengxi, Jiangning, and strives to highlight the local feelings of Qixian ancient town.

Project overview

Qixian Dafu village is located in the millennium old town of xiaodanyang, with a planned core area of more than 3000 mu and a radiation area of 2.7 square kilometers. It used to be a county in the Qin Dynasty and a market town in the Tang Dynasty. Here is Li Bai's "Danyang Beigu is the Wu pass, drawing the cloud and water between the buildings" and Cen Shen's "acacia is invisible, looking at the Vega star".

This is the hometown of Gan Ning, Sun Quan's favorite general in the Warring States period, and also the hometown of Liu Zhitian, a famous diplomatic official of the Qing Dynasty. The story of Dong Yong and the legend of the seven immortals originated here and spread the simple and beautiful quality to all over the world. "Fu Village", formerly known as "Fu Village", is said to be the home of Fu Yuan, the owner of Dong Yong's long-term workers. It has been handed down for thousands of years that Fu has now become Fu.

The project area is located in Xigang community, Hengxi street, Jiangning District, Nanjing, close to Lukou International Airport and at the administrative boundary between Jiangsu and Anhui. It is about 60 km from Nanjing and 25 km from Ma'anshan. It is adjacent to Danyang new town in the South and Ma'anshan in Anhui Province in the West. It is the south gate connecting Ma'anshan in Nanjing and an important window for transportation. The community is also the key community of Western leisure and Tourism Corridor in Hengxi street planning.

Traffic conditions

The traffic in the project area extends in all directions, including 313 provincial roads, 104 county roads, danxiang highway, Xingfu Avenue and other main roads in the East. The main city of Nanjing is connected by ningdan highway and Changma highway in the northwest.
