Buluowan recreation area is located on Buluowan platform near Yanzikou, Zhongheng, 9 km from Taroko in the East and 10 km from Tianxiang in the West.

Buluowan recreation area is located on Buluowan platform near Yanzikou, Zhongheng, 9 km from Taroko in the East and 10 km from Tianxiang in the West. The Taroko National Park Management Office takes three years to plan and build. It focuses on the preservation and exhibition of mountain cultural relics, and provides visitors with accommodation and path exploration. It hopes to develop this place into a recreational heart area along the central and horizontal lines of the National Park.

Located on the upper terrace of Buluowan, there are 25 bamboo houses, 20 of which are for tourists' accommodation. The others are domed dance hall, catering department, arts department and cultural relics exhibition hall. The main purpose of the house is to reproduce the traditional way of life held by the Taiya people and show the characteristics of aboriginal culture. The bamboo house is surrounded by bamboo forest, peach, plum, cherry and maple Fragrant, beautiful scenery.
