Cetian Reservoir
Cetian Reservoir is located in Xubao Township, Yunzhou District, Datong City, Shanxi Province. Founded in March 1958, it cuts across Sanggan River, more than 30 kilometers long from east to west, and the lower reaches is Wulong gorge, about 10 kilometers long. Xingli water level area is about 50000 mu, water storage is 169.38 million cubic meters, the designed irrigation area is 10000 mu, and the annual output of fish is more than 50000 kg. The main task of the reservoir is to stop sediment, flood control and flood crossing, industrial water supply, agricultural irrigation and river ecological water supply for the downstream Guanting reservoir. It also plays an important role in ensuring the safety of flood control in the capital.
Cetian Reservoir has beautiful scenery, many scenic spots, fresh air and convenient transportation. It integrates accommodation, catering and leisure port. It is a rare leisure resort. Cetian Reservoir is located in the middle and upper reaches of Sanggan River, north of Xitian village, Yunzhou District, Datong City, Shanxi Province. It belongs to Yongding River system of Haihe River Basin, 60 km away from Datong City.
Project introduction
The controlled drainage area above the dam site is 16700 square kilometers (including 7 medium-sized reservoirs, including Zhaojiayao, xiamizhuang, xuejiaying, Dongyulin, Zhenziliang, Hengshan and Shilihe, with a drainage area of 6618km2), accounting for 38.5% of the drainage area of Guanting reservoir downstream, including 3815km2 in Shishan District, 3010km2 in earth rock mountainous area, 5260km2 in Pingchuan District and 4615km2 in hilly area. The longitudinal slope of the main stream is 1.9%, and the average annual precipitation of the basin is 400mm. Since its establishment, the average annual runoff is 330 million cubic meters, the average sediment transport is 12 million tons, and the average annual deposition is 7.25 million cubic meters.
The reservoir was built in March 1958 and stopped flood in 1960. The total storage capacity is 580 million cubic meters, including 360 million cubic meters of dead storage capacity, 163 million cubic meters of flood regulation storage capacity and 944.2m of siltation elevation in front of the dam. The design standard is 100 year return period, the check standard is 2000 year return period, the downstream river is 20 year return period, and the design flood limit water level is 956m. It is a large (II) reservoir with multi-year regulation of industrial and urban water use, flood control, irrigation and fish culture.
Historical Application
Standard improvement
Before danger removal and reinforcement, Cetian Reservoir is a key dangerous reservoir, which is put into operation at low water level. From 1960 to 1970, the average monthly water level of the reservoir was between 943 and 944 m; from 1970 to 1976, the reservoir was used for flood detention due to the heightening of the dam; after 1976, due to the quality problems of the dam, there was no high water level operation, the general water level was about 950 m, and the maximum water level in a short time was 953 M. After danger removal and reinforcement, the flood control standard of the reservoir was improved and the water level was gradually raised. On September 30, 1995, the reservoir water level reached 956.08m, which was the highest flood level in history. On October 22, 1995, the reservoir water level was 956.52m, which was the highest reservoir water level in history.
Engineering observation items
The engineering observation items of the reservoir include: phreatic line, uplift pressure of dam foundation, seepage around the dam, settlement and horizontal displacement, stress and strain observation of impervious wall, etc.
Operation overview
Since the high water level operation of the reservoir in 1995, the seepage flow of Qingquan tunnel has been stable at 29 liters per second, and the saturation line and seepage of the dam body are normal. The seepage discharge at the downstream of the main dam is 26 liters per second, and the measured phreatic line of the main dam is lower than the design phreatic line. When the water level of the South auxiliary dam is 953m before reinforcement, the downstream water seepage is serious. When the water level is above 956m after reinforcement, no seepage is found, and the effect of concrete cutoff wall is remarkable.
According to the deformation data, the dam settlement tends to be stable. Since the construction of the reservoir, the accumulated maximum settlement is 254.67mm, and the accumulated horizontal displacement is 57mm (pile No. 0 + 557).
Since the reservoir was put into operation, it has held up the largest flood on August 6, 1967, with a flood peak of 2850 m3 / T and a corresponding frequency of 10%. The daily flood volume is 108.1 million m3, the three-day flood volume is 175.6 million m3 and the five-day flood volume is 213 million m3. Since the operation of the reservoir for more than 30 years, 217 million cubic meters of sediment has been deposited, which has played a significant role in reducing the deposition of Guanting reservoir and flood control safety in Beijing and Tianjin.
After reinforcement, the reservoir can supply 50 million cubic meters of water to Datong City and Datong No.2 Power Plant every year
It has an irrigation area of 200000 Mu and can catch 500000-700000 Jin of adult fish every year, accounting for more than half of the total output of Datong City.
