Shikeng courtyard

Shikeng courtyard is located in Xuanwu community, Kuitan Town, Huilai County, Jieyang City. It is invested and built by Mr. Lin Shikeng, honorary chairman of Jieyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference and permanent chairman of the board of directors of ciyunge, Hong Kong. The design of the Institute is novel, the structure is rigorous, the layout is reasonable, and the scenic spots are well arranged. It is the crystallization of traditional architectural art and modern culture and art, and is a major tourist attraction.

brief introduction

The Institute started construction in 1995 and was completed at the end of 2004. It covers an area of 100 mu, with a construction area of 10000 square meters and a total investment of 160 million yuan. On October 21, 2008, it became the "patriotic education base of the Chinese Federation of overseas Chinese" after being named by the Chinese Federation of overseas Chinese

Shikeng court is divided into two parts. In the first part, there are stone sculptures of Jiulong spitting beads and eight steeds flying into the sky. The carving process can be called uncanny craftsmanship, lifelike and vivid. There are 280 magnificent marble steles around, which are carved with 278 pieces of Danqing ink treasures presented free of charge by Ye Xuanping, Ma Wanqi, Qigong, Shen Peng, sun Yiqing and Guan Shanyue from all over the country, as well as leaders and celebrities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan There are more than 500 paintings. The rear part of the main building is a combination of nine courtyards. The hall is decorated with painted pillars, carved beams, inlaid with gold and jade, and carved stone columns. The hall and four chambers are carved with hundreds of poems, words, couplets, and plaques. The East and West corridors are hung with plaques and couplets, which are all treasures. The roofs are carved with various kinds of screens with folk customs in Chaoshan area of the south of the Yangtze River, and 18 vertical marble column carvings There are 12 portraits of animals, all kinds of animals are lifelike and ready to come out; the quiet flower garden is covered with flowers and trees, and the plants are luxuriant and full of vitality; the seven stone carvings behind the wall behind Mr. Shi Keng and his mother's stone statue record the difficult entrepreneurial process of Mr. Lin Shikeng from his childhood to becoming an outstanding entrepreneur.
