The stone man said: "the jade craftsmanship of Qin Dynasty. I escaped from the crime because of my minor fault, so I hid this peak, and I turned old. It is said that later, after being occupied by Lao Jun, he became an immortal.
According to folklore, it is here that Laojun was raised to heaven. Laojun's stone house is the place where he opened the valley to practice Taoism. It is said that he became an immortal in his body. Over time, he turned into a stone statue for people to worship. Although it's a stone statue, blood will come out with acupuncture. It's very effective. So there are a lot of worshippers. People have heard that it is more effective to prick the stone statue with blood. As a result, people often use acupuncture on the stone statue of Laojun. The pain is unbearable, but he is not angry and still helps people to eliminate diseases and disasters. After a long time, he was stabbed all over his body with many scars, so he had to close the grottoes without revealing his real body. In order not to disappoint the worshipers, Lao Jun turned out another stone statue for worshiping outside the stone house. Although the stone statue is as effective as it is, needling it will never bleed again.
In the Song Dynasty, when Chen shanzong, a Taoist priest in Yunyang, saw that pilgrims to laojunyan were too hard and tired to climb, he built a Laojun temple at the foot of the mountain to the south of laojunyan for pilgrims to worship. However, in order to show their sincerity, the pilgrims went to the temple to pay homage. After climbing, they went up the mountain to worship and touch the old Jun stone and Qin Ren stone, which are said to have aura.
