Panxian plateau grassland scenic spot is located at the junction of SiGe and Pingdi Yi townships in the north of Panxian special economic zone and Shuicheng County, including plateau grassland, gesuohe Canyon, Shahe Cave Scenic Spot, and many high-quality landscapes such as Changbu grassland, changhaizi lake, Shahe cave, niupengliangzi, etc.

With an average altitude of 2400 meters, the total grassland area is 12000 mu, including 4000 mu of artificially improved grassland. Currently, there are 1060 wool sheep and 183 black and white crossbred cattle. It is one of the 12 modern grassland animal husbandry demonstration sites in the province. At the same time, it is also an ideal place for tourists at home and abroad to enjoy the plateau scenery. Niupeng Liangzi, the highest peak of the grassland, with an altitude of more than 2700 meters, is known as the highest peak in Panxian county.
