Tiger Valley Gorge Scenic Spot is located at the junction of Yahe Township and Xiangyang Township in the southeast of Huanren Manchu Autonomous County, and micanggou and Heping Village in Yahe Township 26 km away from the county. Formerly known as tiger Donggou and tiger whistle, it is now called Tiger Valley gorge.

On August 19, 2020, an accident occurred on a glass slide in the tiger Valley Gorge Scenic Area of Huanren Manchu Autonomous County, Benxi City during the business period, which has caused one death and many injuries to tourists. The cause of the accident is under investigation.

Tiger Valley Gorge Scenic Spot is composed of mountain, water, island, lake and historic sites. The mountain is the mountains of Laoling branch of Changbai Mountain, the water is the Hunjiang River of Yalu River, the island is Wohu Island, the lake is Huilong lake, and the historic site is the tomb of general. The whole area covers dozens of square kilometers. Zanglong Bay

Zanglongwan is commonly known as yanziwei, which is also called Yanwei by local people. Some people also call this scenic spot qunlonglinjiang. On the left bank of zanglong Bay, it seems that the mountains form a ring with the water potential. In fact, the river is bending against the mountains. Although this place is only a few miles long, the common people have given names to every Lazi, goucha and hillside. There are more than a dozen places that can be named, such as binghugou, laodilazi, tangshiliu, shibadaohu and so on. This is the characteristic of mountainous areas. Every place, big or small, has a name. There are several scenic spots and landscapes in zanglong Bay. The more famous ones are:

Green Dragon hanging waterfall. It's at the top of zanglong Bay. There is a green dragon bubble on the top and a pure waterfall on the bottom. In the early years, someone saw Qinglong rising from the water column. It is said that Qinglong was showing off his holiness and flying away. Some people say that Qinglong saw the beautiful scenery of tiger Valley gorge and was occupied by tigers. His eyes were so greedy that they drooled. This is the waterfall we saw in front of us.

Elephant trunk rock, this place was originally called bear blind sleeper, that is, black bear sleeper. There is no black bear in it now. It is said that black blind people ate people here a long time ago. We now look like the trunk of an elephant, so now we call it elephant trunk rock. There are no elephants in the north of China, but there are many kinds of animals and birds in the mountain area. Our tiger Valley Gorge Scenic Spot is the place where these animals and birds used to haunt. Up to now, there are still some activists here. You see why there is that dribbling stone flow. It's said that a fox spirit is doing harm to people and is killed by thunder in the sky. At the same time, it also breaks the fox hole where the fox spirit lives, which forms the dribbling stone flow. When we get on the boat to the upper and lower waters of zanglong Bay, we often see groups of wild ducks flying in the air. Sometimes, we can see grey cranes dancing, let alone fish, turtles, shrimps and crabs in the water. Crouching Tiger Island

Huilong lake was formerly known as Huilong reservoir. Huilong Power Plant was built in the 1970s to generate electricity through man-made caves. The reservoir has a capacity of 120 million cubic meters, a power generation capacity of 170 million kilowatt hours and a water area of 25 square kilometers. In addition to power generation, irrigation of 200 mu of paddy fields on both sides of the Strait is also guaranteed. Huilong Power Station is one of the seven cascade hydropower stations on Hunjiang River in Huanren. After the completion of the reservoir, the water depth has increased and the water flow has stabilized. The original tiger whistle rapids and dangerous shoals have disappeared.

Wohu island covers an area of nearly 0.1 square kilometers, 60000 square meters and more than 100 mu. At first it was called Daba Island, where several families lived. People have been planting crops on the island for a long time, and the harvest is good every year. Island shape is the shape of long willow leaf, some people also call it willow leaf island. Because it used to be the land of Crouching Tiger, there is also the legend of tiger fairy, also known as Crouching Tiger Island, tiger Fairy Island, now we generally call it Crouching Tiger Island. There are no mountains and no rocks on the island. It is very flat and fertile. It is suitable for planting.

Although the area of Wohu island is small, it has a small reputation in the nearby area. It is one of the most famous islands in the Hunjiang River and one of the four famous islands in Huanren: Wanle Island, Wohu Island, Yueliang island and Gushan island.

Staying on Wohu Island, you can see the ethereal clouds of Huilong Lake in the morning and the bright moon in the heart of the river at night.

First, the style is strange. There are mountains and cliffs. They are steep and precipitous. It doesn't seem to be smooth. The cliffs and rocks are gray and white. They don't look dim, but they are a bit bright. The knife wall and axe are reflected in the river and lake.

The second is the special shape of the cliff. The shape of the cliff is unusual. The cliffs and rocks of tiger Valley gorge are not only steep and beautiful, but also peculiar in shape. On the half slope of the East peak of tiger Valley gorge, several plate stalagmites burst out of the ground, pointing straight into the air. Rabbit teeth are like giant fossils of rabbit teeth, which are more than enough to eat grass or an elephant. Shihou Linfeng is also located in several places of Xifeng cliff. The mouth of tiger Valley gorge is Humen pass. Humen pass gives people a sense of power and solemnity, which is exactly the so-called Humen pass. Tiger Valley Canyon mouth is nearly ten meters wide, and its two sides of plate-shaped rocks face each other high, like two gates guarding the valley mouth, which is a natural barrier. There is space left at the door, and there are gullies extending to both sides of the door. There are cliffs on both sides of the gate. There is a tiger hole on one side of the gate, which seems to be the sentinel hole of the tiger on guard. In Dongfeng and Xifeng, there are several tiger holes with different shapes and depths. On the slopes of the East and West peaks of tiger Valley gorge, there are several steep and parallel long double peaks straight up the mountain, which can be called parallel cliff, brother cliff and sister cliff. Sit on an equal footing, stand side by side, climb the mountain, neat and symmetrical, it is amazing. This cliff shape is similar to that of the two dragons exploring the river and the two dragons playing in the water. However, the high risk and precipitous rise of Bingzhi cliff is not comparable to that of Erlong River exploration. This may be a unique feature of the local cliff shape in the tiger Valley gorge area. This not only makes people feel the divine power, but also makes people feel the spirit of united struggle. There are four steep gullies and dangerous peaks to the west of the West peak of tiger Valley gorge. On the east slope of lulugou behind tiger Valley gorge, there are some pine rock wonders, and its cliff rock shape is also very characteristic. Yaqiyan is a valuable resource of tiger Valley gorge.

3. The tiger cave is secluded. There are several tiger caves in tiger Valley gorge, which are deep and dark.

4. Tianmen rock. On the East Peak slope of tiger Valley gorge, there is a natural stone gate about a few meters wide and nearly ten meters high.

5. And stand cliff, brother cliff, sister cliff. In tiger Valley gorge, there are three steep peaks rising along the mountain.

6. Steep valleys and dangerous peaks. There are four steep gullies and dangerous peaks on the West peak of tiger Valley gorge and the river to its west, with green pines standing on it.

7. The pines are strange. Tiger Valley Gorge Scenic Area has many Exotic Pines with rich charm, such as Yingke pine, Cong pine, sister pine, Luohan pine, hero pine, Qiu pine, umbrella pine, etc.
