Yangzonghai scenic spot

Yangzonghai is located in Yangzong Town, Chengjiang County, Yuxi County, 36 kilometers away from Kunming. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains and pleasant scenery. Longquan Temple in the southeast of the lake, with its back on the stone wall and its front overlooking the lake, has a clear spring gushing from the mountainside. Beside the temple, there is an ancient tree, about 2 meters in diameter. It has been more than a thousand years old, with luxuriant branches and thick sky. Xiaotun village in the south is said to be the place where Zhuge Liang's generals stationed troops in Guansuo during the Three Kingdoms period. The villagers still sing the ancient Nuo opera, commonly known as Guansuo opera. There are seven huge stones behind Baoguo temple in the southwest of the village, which are naturally arranged in the shape of Big Dipper stars. They are called "Seven Star Big Dipper", and the nearby village is called "Big Dipper village". In summer and autumn, every village can be seen from a high altitude overlooking yangzongbazi. Only Beidou village is covered with smoke. The ancients called this spectacle "doucun Yanyu", which has a unique scenery.
