Nanjianyan scenic spot, located in the southwest of Suichang County, Zhejiang Province, is 50 kilometers away from the county seat. The main peak is 1626 meters above sea level, with a total area of 6 square kilometers. In 2004, the scenic spot was awarded the "international photography creation base" by UNESCO. In 2008, it was awarded the honorary titles of "national AAAA scenic spot", "the first batch of civilized scenic spots in Zhejiang Province", "the first batch of eco-tourism areas in Zhejiang Province" and "the most attractive scenic photography holy land for Hangzhou people". The scenic spot is one of the main tourism resources gathering areas in Suichang. It is mainly composed of Tianzhu peak, Shentan peak, qianzhangyan, xiaoshilin, shenguitanhai, etc.; xiaguiyao lake, Jiuji waterfall, Longmen waterfall, etc.; bamboo sea, forest sea, coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest, Pinus koraiensis, more than 160 families of plants and more than 1100 kinds of animals; the altitude of the scenic spot is 1100-1626 meters, and the maximum temperature is not more than 35 ℃ The air is fresh and rich in negative ions. The annual average foggy days are about 200 days, forming a unique sky landscape of clouds, sunsets, Changhong, snow, Wusong, ice and so on. The unique topography of the scenic area has been cultivated by generations of hardworking people, creating a view of nearly 2000 mu of Alpine terraces. Shishantou village, where the scenic spot is located, has unique civil architecture, simple folk customs and strong local flavor. The Red Army led by general Su Yu also carried out guerrilla war here in those years. It is one of the red bases in Suichang county with profound cultural accumulation.
