Yuanwu sweet potato in Qingyuan

Yuanwu taro is produced in Yuanwu management area of Chaotian town. When the taro is cut open, it can be seen that the taro meat is covered with small red tendons, similar to areca pattern, which is called areca taro in culture. The mother taro is oval and the seed taro is 5-8. It mainly produces mother taro, and generally weighs 1000-1500 grams per taro, and the largest taro can reach 2500 grams. The white and soft taro meat is the best quality. It is rich in protein, carbohydrate (starch), high calcium and certain vitamins.

The taro is round but not sharp, and the meat is firm. After cooking, the taro is full-bodied, soft and smooth, no less than Lipu Taro.

The common vegetable varieties in Nanling are caoxin, lettuce, huangyabai, Shanghaiqing, zhutongqing, youmaicai, glass lettuce, Hunan mustard, red and white radish, etc.

Tongguan pear

Tongguan pear is a rare and precious fruit in Yangshan County. Its characteristics are as follows: (1) the fruit is huge, and the weight of a single fruit can reach 2.5-3kg. (2) The skin is thin and smooth. The flesh is tender and juicy. It tastes sweet and sweet. (3) The fruit has a fine heart and white flesh. It will not change color in summer after being cut open. Guangzhou luochongwei direction - Guangqing Expressway - Qingyuan City - Qinglian Expressway - Yangshan County entrance, along the first peak of Guangdong road sign, you can reach the first peak of Guangdong tourist scenic spot.

bus

You can take the bus from Guangzhou to Yangshan at Guangzhou provincial station for about 70 yuan; you can also take the bus from Guangzhou to Yangshan at luochongwei passenger station for about 65 yuan. After getting off at Yangshan station, you can take a 2 yuan rickshaw to Yangshan Erjian parking lot (diagonally opposite to the first peak building), and then transfer to the bus from Yangshan to Tianquan resort. The ticket is 10 yuan, about every 40 minutes.
