Duoxiongla River

Duoxiongla mountain is the birthplace of duoxiongla River (duoxiongzangbu). The perennial snow and rain are the continuous supply of the river. The mountains are full of turbulence and waterfalls, just like the Tianhe river running down from the top of the mountain, which makes duoxiongla mountain rugged and loose, and the rocks ferocious. The duoxiongla river runs on and on, and finally flows into the Yarlung Zangbo River.

Duoxiongla River

Duoxiongla River: it is a river in the west of Motuo County. It originates from the snow mountain glacier of duoxiongla mountain. After crossing the duoxiongla mountain pass, it goes to Beibeng township. The Paimo line (the Paimo highway at the end of 2018) is generally parallel to the duoxiongla River, flowing east first and then southeast.

On the Paimo line (the end of 2018 is the Paimo highway), take a bus from paizhen town to songlinkou, and then cross the duoxiongla mountain pass. There is a large wetland with a large area of green grass in the middle, like a soft green blanket, surrounded by pine trees, and a narrow river in the middle, which is the upstream of the duoxiongla river. To reach this wetland is basically to go down to the bottom of the doxiongla mountain. The doxiongla river has become a climate from a glacier at the beginning. It is clear and joyful. Like a teenager, it is pure and lovely, and it is beginning to show its strength.

Lago wetland:

The next roads are all green, or stone roads, or log roads, or rotten mud roads, but they are relatively flat. Go straight along the road, down to the bottom of the mountain, and walk for a long time, the house in the distance finally appears through the thick fog - lager, here it is. The snow mountains on all sides surround such a large green area. In addition to the five or six wooden houses, the grass, trees, rivers, snow mountains and clouds are in turn from near to far.

Leaving rag:

From a large wetland into a primeval forest, and through to a green space. On the left side of the mountain is one waterfall after another, pouring down in different sizes. On the right side is the roaring duoxiongla river. Its width and grandeur are not what we saw yesterday, and there are also waterfalls along the way.

Hanmi station:

When we were about to reach Hanmi station, there was a bright place. We sat on the big stone by the side of the road and had a rest. The doxiongla river was running around us. After that, go a little further, through the woods, and you'll get to Hanmi station. Hanmi station is a little more lively than rag station. It has five or six inns, which is a bit of a small village. The Sihai hotel with glasses was almost at the end, but the words on the blue strip were still so dazzling. I learned from Zeng Jingjing that because the ecological chain of this area remains intact, many people come to do animal and plant research. There are many kinds of equipment in other places. At the same time, the freezer, washing machine, TV and so on in the house are all carried by him over the duoxiongla mountain. Thinking about the path he just walked, he can only sigh.

The whole day away from Hanmi is a journey through the subtropical rainforest, with leeches all along the way.

Tiger mouth:

It's not far to tiger's mouth. From afar, a narrow slit embedded in the green, not carefully distinguish, even can not see. However, such a seam, always inadvertently devour a life. Tiger mouth's road is very narrow, stepping on talc, with stone walls inside, cliffs outside and the duoxiongla river below. Once anything falls down, it will soon disappear in the rush of the river. Now the tiger's mouth has added a section of guardrail, because a girl fell in 2015. But looking at the guardrails floating on the rocks, I'm afraid no one has the courage to try whether they are firm and reliable.

Annie bridge:

Tiger mouth walked for a long time and arrived at Annie bridge around noon. There is a large open space and a wooden house. Some people used to run an inn here, but now it is closed. Because it's an open space, you can have a little rest and deal with leeches. The veteran and I took off our T-shirt and looked at each other to see if there was no leech on our upper body, so we sprinkled salt on our feet.

Manion:

I picked it up when my back was about to collapse. There's an inn here. When we get here, we can already see the things planted by the local people. If we go further, the traces of human activities will be clear. There's a landslide ahead.

Jiefang Bridge: at last, we saw the women carrying baskets, then the newly built Jiefang Bridge, surrounded by busy construction workers, trucks and forklifts. The roar of the engine passed through the sound of the water flow of the Yarlung Zangbo River and penetrated into our ears. At that time, I felt that I had finally returned to the world. Into Yajiang River:

Looking down, the duoxiongla river is already quite wide, but it is still narrow compared with the Yarlung Zangbo River which it is about to join. Along the way, we watched the duoxiongla River from the glacier source of duoxiongla mountain, from a small mountain stream to a big river. It was magnificent. We walked along it all the way, and it was also roaring with us. Here, we come to our end, and it also comes to its end - it joins the Yarlung Zangbo River. The clarity of the duoxiongla river was incompatible with the turbidity of the Yarlung Zangbo River at first, which gave rise to an obvious dividing line. A layer of fog rises above the Yarlung Zangbo River, just like a fairyland.

Traffic information: generally, you can fly to Lhasa to Motuo first, and then transfer the coach to paixiang, Milin County, Linzhi Area. When you enter Motuo on foot from Pai Township, Milin County, you cross the duoxiongla pass in the Himalayas. You will be accompanied by the duoxiongla River on the way. Then you will go along the duoxiongla River to Beibeng township of Motuo. Beibeng waterfall is on the way to Beibeng township. Then you will go up the north of Yarlung Zangbo River to Motuo County city. The whole journey is about 115 km, and it takes 4 days to walk.
