brief introduction
There is a place called Jinkeng in the mountains in the northeast of Heping Township, Longsheng County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province. It has a radius of more than 10 square kilometers, more than 20 big and small villages, with a population of more than 5000 people and a per capita paddy field of about 1 mu. It mainly lives in Hongyao (a branch of Yao nationality), a minority in Southwest China. The ancestors of Jinkeng Hongyao migrated from Dongting and Wuxi in Hunan Province, which brought the advanced technology of rice cultivation. Today, the field in front of the school in Dazhai village is the place where the ancestors of Hongyao first cultivated and harvested, and it is the ancestral field of Jinkeng
.
Hongyao has no words of its own, and its history and culture used to be spread orally in the form of folk songs. Hongyao people are hardworking, brave, honest, simple and hospitable. Women are more dexterous, and their handicrafts are famous for weaving flowers, cross stitch, batik and silk. Hongyao women like to wear red clothes, so Hongyao got its name. Jinkeng terrace is known as one of the world's unique tourism landscapes. Its magnificent momentum, cloud shrouded mountains, unique Yao village and colorful customs constitute a magnificent picture. It is not only a photography paradise for Chinese and foreign photographers, but also a world wonder for Chinese and foreign tourists. In 1999, tiantouzhai alone received 600 or 700 people, as well as some foreigners and photographers from Hong Kong and Macao. By 2000, tiantouzhai had received more than 1000 tourists.
Three characteristics
The natural landscape and environment are well protected
Jinkeng is located in the mountains of Yuechengling. It is blocked by high mountains on all sides. So far, there is no highway. Its economic nature is still self-sufficient. Fupingbao (1916 meters above sea level), the highest peak of Longsheng, is located behind xiaozhaiwu. It still has dense virgin forest above 1500 meters above sea level. There are many streams and abundant water resources, and the vegetation on the mountain is evergreen all the year round. The houses in the Shanzhai are the same hanging turrets. The scattered and orderly Shanzhai is integrated with the mountains. It is simple, elegant and full of painting. When you come to Jinkeng, you feel like returning to nature.
The scenery is beautiful and picturesque
Jinkeng terraces are neat and orderly, with rich and colorful lines. The shape of lines is mainly curve, which gives people a kind of dynamic beauty, especially those long curves and wavy lines. It reminds people that these terraces are like ribbons falling from the sky. Jinkeng terraces also have pictographic beauty. Some hills are covered with circles of terraces along the shape of the mountain, like pagodas, which enhances the beauty of the countryside. Some terraces are like eagles spreading their wings. Some terraces are like seven stars accompanying the moon. Some terraces are typical trapezoidal patterns, and some are lace fields. Jinkeng terraces have a sense of hierarchy. Due to the steep terrain of Jinkeng, there are many terraces in the form of belts, with many high and low levels and rich near and far levels. Then there is the musical beauty of Jinkeng terraces, which is reflected in the rhythm and rhythm of terraces.
The people are simple and the nation is harmonious
Today, when you enter the Yao village, you can often see some farmers take the initiative to build roads and bridges, regardless of their remuneration. People all respect and love the old people. If there is a wedding or a wedding in the village, all the widows and widows in the same village, whether they are close or not, are invited to the banquet instead of receiving gifts. When we meet old people on the road, the elderly should take the lead. In the daily production activities, we still maintain the way of back work and helping, that is, changing jobs. For example, people in the stockade will take the initiative to help if there is not enough labor to afford a house. When you have difficulties and need others to help, people will also take the initiative. This way of changing jobs, you don't have to pay, just eat. There are also good folk customs such as mutual borrowing and mutual assistance, and not taking things indiscriminately.
Here you can see the simple folk dance and the perfect national costumes. You can hear the beautiful folk songs and enjoy the original national customs. The Dragon Ridge bronze drum dance, Shigong dance and carrying pole are refreshing. In addition, there are simple folk houses, fragrant Dragon Ridge tea and pepper, refreshing "Oriental magic water" -- Dragon Ridge water wine.
The sixth day of the sixth month of the sixth lunar month is the biggest festival of Hongyao, which can also be called clothes drying Festival, zongba Festival and half year festival. On the day of the festival, friends and relatives, Lao Geng of the same year, please come back for the festival. The guests are full and very busy. Every family makes rice dumplings. The village wants to kill pigs to sacrifice to the temple God. Every family wants to kill ducks to sacrifice to the God of the field. The place where the God of the field is offered is fixed. A stone is inserted as the God's throne. Every year it is offered there. The offerings include ducks sprinkled with the fragrance of rice dumplings The paper is carried in baskets. The owner wears a hat and carries the offering to the God of the field. When people don't say hello on the way, they hang a paper flag with a bamboo and put it in the position of the God of the field. When they get home, they hang a sign outside the door and close the door to show that they are forbidden to enter. The master cooked the duck in a hurry. When the whole family got together to eat the duck, they had to finish a meal and not give it to outsiders. Even the married daughter would not give it to outsiders when she came back. This means that wealth will not flow out. Yao people said: for the field is to pray for the blessing of the God of the field, get a bumper harvest. After liberation, the God of the field was terminated.
