Duncun hot spring resort is located in Qincheng Township, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. It is a resort with hot springs as its characteristics. It has a number of hot spring swimming pools, bowling alley and three-star hotels.

The resort started construction in June 1993, with a planning area of 1000 mu. Now 18 businessmen have invested in the village. It has become a multi-functional hot spring resort integrating recuperation, tourism, fitness and entertainment.

Duncun hot spring resort is located in Duncun village, Qincheng Township, in the north of Xinzhou City, with a geothermal area of 13 square kilometers and a hot spring temperature of 50c. It is a super compound mineral water containing more than ten minerals such as radon, fluorine, hydrogen sulfide and silicate. Its spring water is precious, peculiar and rich in minerals. It has high medical and health care value. It is called "Qubing spring" and "Bulao spring" by Chinese and foreign bathers. Magic water, beautiful mountains and wonderful caves in Xinzhou, form the pattern of "water connecting caves" with the most local characteristics in tourism.

The planning area of the hot spring resort is 1000 mu. It was built in June 1993. The hot spring water supply reaches 120 cubic meters per hour.

Eighteen businessmen have invested in the hot spring resort, with a total investment of 190 million yuan. More than 30 buildings and villas with different styles have been built, and many swimming pools have been built, with a construction area of 20000 square meters. Now it has become a multi-functional and high starting point hot spring resort integrating recuperation, tourism, fitness and entertainment. In 2006, the large-scale performance "xingguangyao Xinzhou" was held in the cultural square of Dayton village. The event was jointly held by Xinzhou municipal Party committee, Xinzhou municipal government and CCTV's "Avenue of stars" column group. The annual champion of "Avenue of stars", national famous artists, famous singers from Shanxi and literary elites from all counties and cities of Xinzhou performed on the same stage. CCTV's "Avenue of stars" column team sent culture to the countryside to dun village. 2. Commercial and residential areas

After the reconstruction, the commercial area is mainly multi-storey commercial and residential buildings. 3. Square District

The square is 880m long from north to South and 260m wide from east to west. The planned land area is about 210000 m2. The square is divided into three parts.

4. Hot spring bath area

The hot spring bathing area is located in the east of Duncun Middle Road, with a total land area of about 750000 m, which can meet the accommodation needs of 3000 people. The area is divided into three parts.

(1) The north section is a Buddhist hot spring cluster, with a land area of about 81000 m2 and a plot ratio of 0.4. It is planned to be a hot spring bath center full of Buddhist culture.

(2) The middle part is a folk hot spring cluster. The land area is about 249000 m2, and the plot ratio is 0.7. The spring is a collection of five large hot springs represented by fushanquan greenhouse, and each large greenhouse has its own small bath or suite.

(3) The south section is a cluster of hot springs. The land area is about 420000m2, and the plot ratio is 0.7. Wan Guoquan collects all kinds of foreign bathing culture and the essence of modern bath culture in China.

5. Villa area

The land area of the villa area is about 510000 M. the planned land for the first phase is 230000 m, with a plot ratio of 0.3. There are 64500 m villas, about 200 buildings. The planned land for phase II is about 280000 M.

The villa area is adjacent to the hot spring bathing area. Each villa has a spa, which can be used as a holiday villa. That is, after being sold to the owner, the owner will hand it over to the management center for unified management and use by tourists. It can meet the accommodation needs of 2000 people.

6. Exhibition area

The exhibition area is located in the south of the core area and the North Bank of Yunzhong river. The total planning land area is about 630000 m, the recent plot ratio is 0.3, the planning building area is about 150000 m, and the main building is not less than 60 M. The exhibition area is planned to be constructed by stages, with a net exhibition area of more than 80000 m in the near future.
