Jiuxian Mountain

Jiuxian mountain is located in Wulian County, Rizhao City, Shandong Province. It faces Wulian mountain across the gully. It has seven characteristics: strange, beautiful, dangerous, strange, secluded, broad and Austrian. It is known as "strange as Huangshan, beautiful as Taishan, dangerous as Huashan". The biggest characteristic is "the mountain in the earth, the pool in the earth and the waterfall in the earth". Su Shi once said that "the nine immortals have now oppressed Jingdong."

Jiuxian mountain has many unique peaks, rocks, caves, springs and waterfalls. It is also called Shuangjue with Wulian mountain. With its abrupt peaks, green vegetation and ancient culture, it has formed a scenic spot with sightseeing as the main body. From the beautiful mountain scenery with winding paths to the spring and waterfall with clear sky and snow, from the mysterious natural landscape to the ancient rich history and culture, it is loved by many tourists, and becomes a good place to visit because of its beautiful scenery.

Location context

Jiuxianshan group straddles four townships: kooguan, Hubu, Songbai and jiejie. Jiuxian mountain and Wulian mountain stand side by side, with woxiang mountain in the West and gupai mountain in the south. To the southwest, it extends to Yaba mountain, Pingshan mountain and Changli cliff. Gaoduodingzi in the west of woxiang is connected with the Maershan group, and dawangkou in the south of the main peak of Yue is the Tiegu mountain of Zhaishan group.

Jiuxian mountain is located on the coast of the Yellow Sea in Southeast Shandong Province, about 16.5km southeast of the county seat, adjacent to Wulian mountain in the East. Its main peak is Kaerduo, 697m, with a total area of 55km2. The annual average temperature, light, precipitation and other conditions are basically the same as Wulian mountain. The beauty of Jiuxian mountain can be summarized into seven characteristics: strange, beautiful, dangerous, strange, secluded, spacious and mysterious. It is known as "strange as Huangshan, beautiful as Mount Tai and dangerous as Mount Hua". Jiuxian mountain has many unique peaks, rocks, caves, springs and waterfalls. At the turn of spring and summer, rhododendrons are blooming everywhere, which makes people intoxicated; in the frost and autumn season, the red leaves of the mountain and the stone scenery of the mountain reflect each other, which is magnificent, and is known as "a unique in Jiangbei".

Living in the immortals and Wolong, they are vivid and strange. In history, many hermits and poets used to write poems and articles here to praise the scenic spot of Jiuxian mountain. After the great victory of Maling in the Warring States period, Sun Bin resigned as Qi's military strategist and wandered in the mountains. He finally chose this place to build a thatched cottage, gather together disciples to give lectures, and wrote the immortal military masterpiece the art of war of Sun Bin. Su Shi, a litterateur of Song Dynasty, once wrote a poem that "nine immortals have now oppressed Jingdong". Weng Zhengchun, the Minister of rites in the Ming Dynasty, praised it as "the most holy land between real Qilu". At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, Zhang Dong, a great calligrapher and painter, settled down in Lu with his best friend. Seeing that the landscape is unique and unique, it became a mountain of its own, so he named it "woxiangshan" and wrote "woxiangshan annals". In 1988, Jiuxian mountain was included in Wulian mountain, and was listed as a provincial scenic spot by the provincial government. It has been awarded the titles of "national AAAA scenic spot", "National Forest Park" and "China ecotourism experimental base".

Main peaks

Jiuxian mountain group, which is dominated by Jiuxian mountain, covers a large area and has more and more scenic spots than Wulian mountain. The main scenic spots of Jiuxian mountain group are introduced in three areas: East, South and North.

The eastern part mainly refers to the peaks in the southeast of Jiuxian mountain, with Wanshou peak as the center. The peaks here stand on the wall, the strange rocks are towering, and the mountain road is rugged. It is a good place to explore.

Wanshou peak, also known as Wansui peak, stands on a rock wall and plunges into the sky. From afar, it looks like a monk sitting upright in the south. In front of the peak is the site of mouyun temple.

Dressing peak, also known as dressing peak and dressing house, is located in the south by east of Wanshou peak. It is said that it is the dressing place of Donghai dragon girl.

Guanyin peak is to the south of mouyun temple and to the west of dressing peak. The overhanging rock is steep and towering. In the north of the top Boulder, there is a natural stone cave, which is 2 meters high and 2.5 meters in diameter. The oval hole only allows one person to enter sideways. The hole is about 30 meters away from the ground. The rocks are steep and the situation is very dangerous. Inside there is a statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva, commonly known as "laomu Pavilion".

Chaotian monkey Guanyin peak West. There is a huge stone between the two peaks, which looks like a naughty monkey. It stretches its neck, looks up at the southeast sky with its head, looks forward to it as scheduled, howls and roars. Star picking platform, also known as star watching platform, faces to the west of monkey. The peak is in the shape of a round tower. In the clear night sky, looking up at the mountain from the ground, it seems that it is very close to the stars in the sky, as if standing on the top of the peak, reaching out for the stars, so it is named.

The hexagonal shed is northwest of Chaotian monkey. There is an umbrella shaped boulder on the hill, which can hold dozens of people.

Taoist hat on a ridge in the west of camel peak, a huge stone looks like a Taoist hat in the East, which can hold dozens of people under the brim.

Eight peak pile camel peak north, this is the highest peak, folk saying: "eight peak pile in the clouds."

Rabbit ear peak eight peak pile north. Looking south from Baodu peak, it looks like a rabbit jumping to the East.

Bajie peak is southwest of camel peak. Also known as the eight commandments out of the mountain.

South District, the district is located in the southeast of xuanwanggou village, from the azalea garden of heiniuchang to the east of shungou.

Heiniuchang garden is located on the south slope of heiniuchang village, covering an area of nearly 100 mu. There are lots of Rhododendron, orchid brocade, pink crabapple, forsythia and other flowers and trees growing in the garden. At the turn of spring and summer, flowers are blooming, colorful and picturesque. The azalea in the garden is unique, and its natural growth scale is so large that it is rare in Jiangbei. In 1990, the Rhododendron Association of six provinces and one city in North China held a special seminar here, and the experts unanimously praised the garden as "the first garden in Jiangbei". The garden, the south mountain garden of boot stone and the north slope garden of Wulian mountain are called three "Xianjia gardens".

South Tianmen North Tianmen from the cuckoo garden Shun ditch East Xiali Xu, there are peaks on both sides of the ditch wall, folk saying: "two mountains towering as Tianmen." The stone on the south bank is the South Tianmen, and the stone on the north bank is the North Tianmen. Local people call it the South frame and the North frame.

On the stone wall of the northeast side of the South Tianmen gate, there is a Spanish mackerel shaped stone standing close to the wall, about Zhang long, head up, chest, eyes, fins and tail can be clearly identified, and its color is blue and black.

Shenchan explores the north and the northeast of Tianmen. A huge stone stands on the top of the mountain. It looks like a giant toad. Its whole body is swarthy and looks like a toad looking at the sea.

The tortoise looks for his son in the east of Nantianmen. There is a green turtle in the shape of a rock, crawling on the hillside with its head high, and looking at a big ball on the top of the mountain, as if expecting the coming of the future generations.

Guanri peak, also known as Wanghai peak, is located in the southeast of Nantianmen. The southeast side of the peak is plummeting, with a panoramic view of villages and fields. The Wulian peak of Wulian mountain is at the foot. Here is a sunny day, and there is a sunrise on the sea.

At the top of guanri peak, there is a huge stone statue of lying bull.

Yinniuwan stone cattle south about 50 meters, has a diameter of about 2 meters round stone pit.

North District, including boot stone scenic spot and Sun Bin academy scenic spot, not only has beautiful scenery, but also has many vivid folk legends.

Boot stone is also known as Zhen GUI boot stone. Located in the hinterland of Jiuxian mountain, on the xishanbu of bootstone village, the huge stone is 3 meters high and weighs tens of thousands of Jin. At the bottom of the stone, there are two big stones and one small stone. The small stones face northeast, and the large stones face southwest. It looks like a big turtle head carrying huge boots. If you get on the turtle's back, one person will hit the boot waist hard, and the boulder will shake as a whole. Even if several people push, the boulder will move, but there will be no displacement. It is said that when the eight immortals crossed the sea and managed the barren mountain together with the mountain god, tie Guai Li took off a boot and went to mount Laoshan to get purified water. The mountain god dipped the purified water in willow branches and sprinkled it all over the mountain. When the eight immortals left, they left their boots here and turned them into huge stones.

Flute bamboo garden refers to the lush stone bamboo forest around boot stone. According to legend, the eight immortals had their own magic power in governing and beautifying barren mountains. Only Han Xiangzi was in a leisurely mood, playing his flute and sitting against the stone. The immortals were dissatisfied, and they were just about to blame him. They saw that he inserted the bamboo flute down one by one, and in a moment, pieces of green bamboo came out of the ground. From then on, there was a bamboo forest in Jiuxian mountain, which later generations called flute bamboo garden.

There is a huge stone in the stone flute bamboo garden, with a round head, a big belly and a jade belt around the waist. It looks like a high-ranking official. It is said that this is the incarnation of Cao Guojiu's love for beautiful scenery and his reluctance to leave.

WuShaMao is located on the northwest side of Guojiu stone. A huge stone is isolated, like a WuShaMao. It is said that when Uncle Cao left in a hurry, he left WuShaMao here. After a long time, he turned into a huge stone.

On the northwest slope of the stone, there is a stone pit, which looks like a donkey's hoof mark. It is said that it was left by Zhang Guo when he rode a donkey to patrol the mountain.

Boot stone azalea garden is on the shady slope of a mountain in the southeast of boot stone village.

1.5km to the east of bootstone village, Baodu peak is located on the West Cliff of Sun Bin bookstore. The whole peak is in the shape of "mountain". The slopes are gentle in the East, West and North, while in the south, it is towering.
