Songxi and its nearby Songji are located in songxitou village at the junction of Ketang town and Taohe Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City. It is called zhiquxi by the people here.

Songxi is about 2 li long, 4 m deep, 8 m wide and 20 m on both sides of the river bed. Another branch of the Chian river turns to the West and is called Xixi. The nearest distance between the two streams is about 2 km. At the end of the Song Dynasty, duanzong was defeated and fled to the south. His military ships followed Dongxi to Xixi from Jiazi Town, Lufeng County. The warships sailed from Dongxi to Xixi to dalijiangpu. Later generations called the river excavated by the song Army Song River. This village is also called songxitou village.

It is said that the local people once used the "white larva" soup caught in Dongxi to make a meal for song duanzong. At that time, it was the fresh and fat season for white larva, and the fish soup was covered with golden oil beads, which was fresh and sweet. Song duanzong repeatedly praised and said, "this is really jade rice with golden soup!". Five miles to the east of Songxi is songshiling. At that time, the song army built soil in the mountain to pass troops, hence the name. The mountain is more than 500 meters long, and the original road is only 2 meters wide. After liberation, it was widened to 4 meters, and the road is now relatively flat. Shengjing and yuyantan are located on the south slope of xiaojinlong mountain (also known as Lujing mountain) in Xinnan Township, Haifeng County. At that time, although song duanzong was defeated to this point, Wen Tianxiang, who led the army to Qinwang, conquered Chaoyang, Huizhou and other places. When song duanzong heard of the victory, he set up a royal banquet in the "yuyingtan" on the south slope, where he gathered officials to celebrate, so as to inspire the soldiers and inspire the morale of the army. At that time, they took the sweet spring here for drinking. Later generations called the sweet spring "Holy Well" and "yuyingtan" as "yuyantan". The stone tablet is also engraved with the four characters "right trace of Shengjing".
