Wuyuan bridge (Zhongzhaiwan bridge) is located at the estuary of inner lake formed by reclamation of land from the sea in the northeast of Xiamen Island. Its two ends are connected with the wutongzao area and the dunshangzao area of Huandao Road project. The total length of the bridge is 810m, the main bridge is 34.9m wide and the approach bridge is 32m wide. The main bridge is a steel half through basket arch bridge with a main span of 208 m and two side spans of 58 m. The approach bridges at both ends are 6-hole 40 m prestressed continuous box girders.

Wuyuan bridge is located in the northeast of Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China. It is about 2.25 km away from Tianyuan bridge in the south. The calculation span of the main span is 208 meters, the rise span ratio is 1 / 4, the inclination angle of the side and main arch ribs is 10.6 degrees; the transverse spacing of the arch starting points of the two arch ribs is 38.4 meters, the spacing of the main span vault axis is 18.937 meters, and the spacing of the side span vault axis is 32.447 meters. The height of steel box girder is 2.28M, and the thickness of steel plate is 12mm, 14mm and 24mm respectively. The thickness of the concrete deck on the steel box girder is 250mm; the full width of the steel box girder is 34m, the length of the standard section is 15m, the hoisting weight of the general beam section is 8.8t to 38.6t, and the length of the arch beam joint section is 26.46m. The width of the arch box is 2.5m, the height of the main span arch box changes from 4.5m to 2.5m from the arch seat to the middle of the span, and the height of the side span arch box changes from 4.7m to 3.0m from the arch seat to the vault; the thickness of the top and bottom plate of the arch box is 32mm, the thickness of the web plate is 28mm, the general spacing of the diaphragm plate is 2800mm, and the thickness of the steel plate is 16mm; the thickness of the top, bottom plate and web plate is 16mm, and the standard spacing is 500mm. Technical problems
The main construction technologies of Wuyuan bridge are as follows:
1. The pile foundation construction adopts the scheme of percussion drilling, and five drilling machines are arranged on each pile cap to speed up the process progress.
2. The steel structure adopts the coating system of spraying aluminum and polyurethane topcoat, and the steel structure is hoisted with full support method and large floating crane.
3. It is manufactured in the factory, including three parts: side box, I-beam and small longitudinal beam, which are manufactured separately. After 3 + 1 pre assembly, they are disassembled, coated separately and assembled as a whole before leaving the factory. In order to speed up the transportation and assembly progress, 10 beams are transported to the bridge site for assembly.
4. The two sets of calculation programs of bridge space and plane are used for calculation analysis and comparison, and the theoretical completed bridge state and typical construction state determined by design calculation are checked with each other. In the construction process at that time, the follow-up construction control indexes are adjusted dynamically
