Jinhu water forest park is located in Yintu Town, Jinhu County, Huai'an City. It is a national AAAA tourist attraction. Jinhu water forest park covers an area of 12000 mu with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. It is one of the artificial ecological forests in East China and the largest constructed wetland ecological forest in Jiangsu Province.

It is a "experimental field" for Huai'an City to carry out the management system reform of scenic spots and implement the "separation of three rights" mode, and it is the core project of Jinhu County's global tourism development strategy. Social capital and professional team are introduced into the scenic area, public supporting facilities are improved by the government, invested and constructed by China Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and operated by CYTS in a market-oriented way. Relying on the advantages of natural wonders such as Metasequoia glyptostroboides, reed marshes and terracotta warriors, the first large-scale forest complex in East China with functions of leisure vacation, hot spring health preservation and forest exploration will be built.

Introduction to scenic spots

Jinhu aquatic forest scenic area covers an area of about 12000 mu. It is located in Yintu Town, Jinhu County. It connects Baoying County and Gaoyou City in the East, Gaoyou Lake in the south, Xuyi and Hongze in the west, and Baoying Lake in the north. It is just like a magnificent and colorful gem inlaid in Gaoyou Lake. It is the first large-scale forest complex in East China that integrates sightseeing and leisure, vacation and health preservation, and pastoral culture creation.

More than 5000 mu of Chi fir forest and 3000 mu of reed marsh are favorite places for birds, aquatic animals, shade loving plants and microorganisms. Adhering to the concept of "protecting nature and integrating into nature", the first phase of the project has been completed and opened, including egret spreading wings tourist center, forest gate, forest rail train, forest exploration raft, Qingjing lake, forest tribe, forest food post, treetop Kingdom, dream forest, house and car camp and other scenic spots and service facilities. The second phase project under construction includes tree house, forest spring hot spring hotel and other service facilities.

The park covers an area of 34792 square meters, including about 45 large parking spaces and 721 small parking spaces. Yan Gongda, a famous calligrapher, is employed to create the entrance image sculpture of the scenic spot with font deformation, which becomes the symbol of the scenic spot. Tourist toilets, four internal toilets, all meet the 3A toilet standard, among which Huahai toilet also won the best landscape feature award.
