Rock records Co., Ltd., a record company in Taiwan, China, was founded in 1980 by Duan Zhongyi and Duan Zhongtan. It is also the largest independent record company in Asia.

Company development

In 1980, brothers Duan Zhongyi and Duan Zhongtan founded rolling stone sound publishing house in Taipei, Taiwan, which is the predecessor of rolling stone records.

In 1990, Luo Dayou, an artist of rolling stone records, set up a music factory in Hong Kong, which included yuan Fengying and other singers, and ended in the late 1990s. Rolling stone also made an alliance with silly thing in Hong Kong. Besides Chinese mainland and Hongkong, rolling stone records also have subsidiaries in many regions including South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.

In 2006, may Tian, the former singer of rolling stone, cooperated with Chen Yongzhi, the strategist of rolling stone records, and established "believe in music" as a shareholder. The contracts of five groups of artists owned by rolling stone (may Tian, pin Guan, Qiangdian, Ding Dang and Liang Jingru) were transferred to believe in music. They owned their brokerage contracts and all their music copyrights. Only the record distribution was handed over to rolling stone records (the record was still in rolling stone at that time). "Jingru love song - don't cry for him" is the 10th Chinese music album released by Liang Jingru, which was released on January 16, 2009. This album, released by universal records, is believed to be music's first album not released by rolling stone records. It also implies that it is believed that music has officially broken away from rolling stone's partnership.

1976

The founding of rolling stone can be traced back to the founding of Rolling Stone magazine in 1976. Because the founder Duan brothers loved rockroll, it was named rolling stone.

1986
