Triangle Park is located in the downtown area of Changhua City, where three roads are gathered. According to the location map of streets, alleys and alleys in ancient city of Changhua during the Qing Dynasty, its traffic route is the same as that during the Qing Dynasty. With Triangle Park as the center, Dongmen street is located on Zhonghua Road from today's Triangle Park to Zhongshan intersection, daximen street is located on Zhonghua Road from today's Triangle Park to Zhongzheng intersection, and Beimen street is located on Heping Road from today's Triangle Park to Zhongzheng intersection.

Development history

In December 2007, Changhua City public office began to plan the "landscape reconstruction project of Triangle Park Ring", and built a landscape shaped tower ball, about 10 meters high. The ball of the tower ball is shaped like a lotus, which is composed of more than 20 pieces of hexagonal glass curtain. Under the tower ball is a fountain, combined with color and light projection, which makes the Triangle Park Ring present a visual and beautiful effect at night To promote local prosperity. After the completion and opening of the Triangle Park Circle, the locomotive often gets wet by the splashing water from the fountain on the ground around the circle, resulting in frequent traffic accidents and excessive volume of fountain music. In September 2011, residents reflected constantly that the lotus ball tower designed by Triangle Park Ring affected the driving sight, the splashing water from the fountain made the road too wet and prone to locomotive accidents, environmental health problems, light and music failure and disrepair, which caused disputes on the existence or abolition of lotus ball tower. In September 2012, in order to avoid the continuous occurrence of traffic accidents, Zhanghua municipal office decided to first break down the stone paving on the inner ring and replace it with asphalt pavement.
