Dayan Pagoda, also known as the pagoda of Da Ci'en Temple, was originally called the Fu Tu in the West courtyard of Ci'en Temple. In the third year of Yonghui reign of Tang Dynasty, Xuanzang built the pagoda for collecting classics. The pagoda has seven storeys and is 64.5 meters high. It is a masterpiece of Buddhist architecture of Tang Dynasty in China. When you climb on the top of the pagoda, you can have a panoramic view of Chang'an. You can also see the whole picture of music fountain on the pagoda.
