Sanren Hall
Sanren hall is located in Shawan ancient town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It is the birthplace of Guangdong music and one of the scenic spots of Shawan ancient town.
Construction history
It was built in the Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty.
The origin of music
He Liutang, he Yinian and he Shaoxia, the famous Cantonese musicians in Shawan, used Sanren hall to invite people from Jiyi and music lovers inside and outside the province to perform, discuss and create Guangdong music such as "rain beating banana" and "Sailong SeiJin". Sanren hall was built to commemorate he's three heroes. There are portraits of he's three heroes (he Liutang, he Shaoxia, he yunian) of Guangdong music in the hall. When you come to Sanren hall, you can enjoy the original Guangdong music.
