The memorial hall of the Military Engineering College of the Chinese people's Liberation Army is the Harbin Military Industry Memorial Hall. The museum was built by Harbin Engineering University in the original site of Harbin military industry, relying on the original building of Harbin military industry. The museum was built on May 13, 2011 and officially opened to the public on August 31, 2013.
