St. Ann's dental museum is the first private public welfare Museum of Stomatology, which is divided into ancient, modern and modern stomatological relics, personages and precious materials exhibition areas. There are 1.7-million-year-old fossils of Yuanmou human teeth, Lantian human and Beijing human skull bones (reproductions). Sheng'an dental museum is funded by Harbin seafarer Dental Industry Co., Ltd. and Harbin Sheng'an Medical Research Institute. It is the first public welfare Museum of Dental Science in China and the first private public welfare Museum of Stomatology.
The museum was opened to the public free of charge on September 20, 2003. It is divided into three parts: ancient, modern and modern, and a physical scene area. It systematically reproduces the development process of dental treatment, education and management from the ancient Xia Dynasty to today. The content is rich and detailed. The first phase covers an area of 150 square meters. There are nearly 1000 pieces of cultural relics and historical materials on display, such as hair planting toothbrush in Song Dynasty, acupuncture box, toothpick and ancient prescription for toothache in Qing Dynasty, equipment cabinet of Jewish Hospital in 1911, graduation certificate of the first dental school of Russian overseas Chinese, death Memorial Book of Kant's first dental school in the 16th year, dental chair, dental drill and equipment used by dentists in Judaism, Japan and Russia, old photos, old scientific research materials, etc .
The establishment of the museum makes up for the lack of a dental Museum in China and attracts the attention of the world dental community. It helps people to understand the development process of Stomatology, explore and protect the historical and cultural heritage of Dentistry, popularize dental knowledge, and improve the awareness of the whole people to love teeth.
