1. On September 28, 1999, Fujian Longchuan Group invested 8 million yuan to build the "bird talk forest" project in Changsha Yuelu Mountain scenic spot. So far, it is a comprehensive bird theme park with the largest scale and the most complete variety of birds in China.

2. On March 20, 2000, Li Tieying, former member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and his party visited the bird talk forest in Changsha. On May 18, Hunan Association for science and Technology awarded Changsha niaoyulin as the "provincial youth science popularization education base". This is the result of the fact that since its establishment, Changsha bird language forest has always paid attention to the public welfare and universality of science popularization, and made positive contributions to advocating natural science and loving nature for young people, so as to improve their scientific and technological quality. On June 20, Changsha niaoyulin was designated as "designated tourism unit of Changsha" by Changsha Tourism Bureau. A grand awarding ceremony was held on July 15.

3. On March 3, 2001, Changsha Yuelu Mountain bird language forest raised more than 300000 yuan to set up the country's first "wild bird hospital". The hospital has set up outpatient department, inpatient department, temporary care room, thermal insulation room, pharmacy and bacteria detection center, and opened a bird emergency telephone to receive public consultation on Bird Rescue. In line with the principle of public welfare, the hospital does not charge any fees to the outside world. Many injured birds in the wild have recovered here. In order to arouse the attention of the whole society to wild birds and strongly promote the action of "protecting mother river" in Hunan Province, during the bird week from April 1 to 7, 2001, Changsha bird language forest, Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Hunan Provincial Forestry Department, Hunan Association for science and technology and Beijing Wildlife Conservation Association jointly held a large-scale wild bird flying activity in Yuelu Mountain. On April 15, 2001, Changsha Yuelu Mountain bird language forest was awarded "key protection unit of legitimate rights and interests" by Changsha Discipline Inspection Commission and Changsha Supervision Bureau. This, to a certain extent, has curbed the phenomenon that a few functional departments driven by interests exceed the standard, exceed the scope and set up ingenious names to cross and duplicate charges. The core position of niaoyulin in Changsha tourism has been consolidated. On May 16, 2001, Yuelu Mountain bird language forest in Changsha was designated as the "experimental base of world rare bird breeding Engineering" by Hunan Provincial Forestry Department. Since the establishment of the park, black swan, white stork, red bellied horned pheasant, peacock and other national first and second level protected animals have been successfully bred here, which has made a certain contribution to further expanding the population of rare birds in Hunan. On May 20, 2001, the bird language forest in Yuelu Mountain of Changsha was rated as a 4A tourist attraction by the National Tourism Administration. 4a is the highest honor awarded by the National Tourism Administration to tourist units and tourist attractions. It has promoted the tourism grade of Changsha bird language forest in Hunan Province and made it a shining pearl in the city. On June 10, 2001, bird language forest in Yuelu Mountain of Changsha was awarded the honorary title of "civilized unit" by Changsha Municipal People's government. 4. On April 1, 2002, the launching ceremony of the 21st bird love week in Hunan Province was solemnly held in the bird talk forest of Yuelu Mountain, Changsha. On the same day, the bird talk forest of Changsha launched the signature activity of "refusing to eat wild protected birds". More than 2000 people at the scene signed their sacred names on the huge green cloth, which symbolizes environmental protection. Subsequently, the 10000 people signature activity also took to the streets, arousing the participation and support of the masses. 5. April 1, 2003 is the 20th anniversary of the establishment of China Wildlife Protection Association and the 22nd "bird loving week" in Hunan Province. In order to promote the development of wildlife protection, Changsha Yuelu Mountain bird language forest, together with Hunan Provincial Forestry Department and Changsha Municipal Forestry Bureau, solicited "bird loving ambassador" and "spokesperson of animal protection" from the public. The activity has had a good influence in the whole province and even the whole country. On June 7, 2003, Changsha Yuelu Mountain bird language forest and Hunan McDonald's company jointly launched the "healthy journey" summer camp. The development of this activity has greatly expanded the brands of both sides in Hunan market. In order to drive away the haze of SARS and revive the morale of employees, on September 3, 2003, Changsha Yuelu Mountain bird forest organized the first workers' sports meeting. All the staff have enthusiastically signed up for the competition, forming a good competitive momentum of comparison, learning, catching up and surpassing. On September 14, 2003, Changsha niaoyulin participated in the 2003 China Hunan Tourism Festival jointly held by Hunan Provincial Tourism Administration, Information Office of Hunan Provincial People's government and Hunan Radio and television. The Expo is a national event, with tourism enterprises from more than 20 provinces and cities in China. The number of exhibitors is as high as 10000, and the total number of visitors is 100000. Birdlin signed contracts with 108 travel agencies and distributed 50000 copies of publicity materials.

5. April 1-7, 2004 is the 23rd "love birds week" in Hunan Province. The Yuelu Mountain bird language forest in Changsha, together with Hunan forestry department and Changsha Forestry Bureau, organized the first bird language competition in Hunan Province. After three rounds of competition in the preliminaries, semi finals and finals, five contestants won the "language all-round champion", "best Putonghua Award", "best dialect Award", "best voice Award" and "best performance award" respectively. On April 15, 2004, Xia Zanzhong, deputy secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and his party visited the bird talk forest in Changsha. On April 23, 2004, Changsha Yuelu Mountain bird language forest joined the "Changsha garden promotion conference" organized by Changsha Landscape Bureau, and went to Zhuzhou, Chenzhou and Yueyang respectively in April, June and September to promote tourism products. The three promotion meetings have laid the foundation for the marketing of niaoyulin to open up the markets around Hunan. On October 18, 2004, niaoyulin, as the only representative of Hunan Association for science and technology, participated in the first national science popularization education base theory seminar held in Wuhan. At the group discussion, the paper submitted by niaoyulin "keeps pace with the times, develops and innovates, and gives full play to the role of popular science education base." He was praised by China Association for science and technology. On December 24, 2004, Niaoyu forest in Changsha was hit by the most serious ice disaster in history. More than 20000 square meters of protective net, central pillars and more than ten side pillars over Niaoyu forest collapsed due to ice load, and all facilities in the park were damaged. The whole park is a mess. Under the personal leadership of the chairman of the group, Mr. Lin Liying, the staff of Changsha niaoyulin worked hard to repair under the severe cold, and finally completed the task before the Spring Festival Golden Week.

6. At the beginning of 2005, the ice hit Yuelu mountain again, and niaoyuling suffered the second ice disaster. But the ice disaster still hasn't affected everyone's morale. Under the leadership of Mr. Lin Liying, the chairman of the group, the elite soldiers from Fuzhou, Chengdu and Wuhan branch companies were also transferred to Changsha to support the construction site.
