Located on Chang'an West Road in Datong District, the Taipei Museum of contemporary art was a school that Japanese could only study in during the Japanese occupation. Later, it was the residence of the Taipei municipal government. It was not until the government moved elsewhere that the Taipei Municipal Museum of art renovated and planned it. The Museum of art is a historic building with a red brick surface, a wooden roof truss, vertical long windows and a black tile sloping roof. Now here are all kinds of contemporary works of art. The library provides free voice guide download, free voice guide borrowing and other services. There are seminars, series speeches and workshops on weekends.
