Yinggezui was one of the salt taxes in Qing Dynasty. In the 29th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu (1903), due to the raising of compensation, Guizhou Province collected Jiali on behalf of Sichuan Province, together with Yunnan Province and the nearby Jian River, collected four taels of silver, and recognized 100000 taels of silver each year. Later, as the compensation was not enough, he added five liang of Xinli silver to the Bank of Guizhou Province and Sichuan Province in the year 31, adding 100000 liang of Jieyin every year.
