Daguan art museum is located in the new century global center of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 4280 square meters, including 1670 square meters of art exhibition area and 2610 square meters of outdoor leisure exchange platform.

Art exhibition area

Art exhibition hall is the core of grand view art gallery, with an area of more than 500 square meters. The environment in the gallery is elegant and the artistic atmosphere is strong. It is mainly composed of the works of famous contemporary oil painters and cutting-edge artists. The works on display are unique in style, including the rigorous and delicate works of famous contemporary artists, as well as the "concept" consciousness works of cutting-edge artists. More than 100 works of famous artists such as he duoling, Zhou Chunya, Gao Xiaohua, Liu Hong, Ding Hongwei, Wang Ziqi, Fu nianping, Wu Hao, Deng Xu, Zhang Jiyu, Liao Xinsong, Zeng Pu and Yao Lei have been displayed. In addition to being displayed, the museum also has hundreds of Art collections. The selected collections are displayed in the long-term exhibition area. Artists are often invited to share their creative experience with art lovers in the museum, hoping to deepen the public's understanding and interest in art creation.

The collection area displays historical relics such as pottery figurines of Han Dynasty and stone carvings of Wanfo temple. Among the ancient Chinese works of art, Sichuan Han Dynasty pottery is undoubtedly the most influential and representative. Sichuan is an important base of Han Dynasty earthenware art. The terracotta figure of storytelling and singing, a classic work of ancient Chinese earthenware art, was unearthed in Tianhui mountain in Chengdu and song Jialin in Pixian County. Sichuan is located in the southwest corner of Sichuan Basin, with beautiful mountains and rivers and rich products. In fact, it is an important material distribution center and a place for the integration of North and South cultures. With the accumulation of ancient culture and the nourishment and moistening of Han culture, all the things that are possessed by the four seas and eight wastelands are included in the scope of Sichuan pottery sculpture, and all the things are vividly presented to the world through ingenuity. In Daguan Art Museum, there are various Han pottery figures, unique Han pottery dogs and flexible Han pottery poultry. They are simple, vivid, full of verve and life interest. They are the treasures of ancient art and valuable materials for the study of ancient history, culture and folk customs.

Wanfo temple is located in Tongjin bridge outside the west gate of Chengdu City. It is said that it was built in the period of Yanxi (158-167 A.D.) of the Eastern Han Dynasty. It is a famous ancient temple in Chengdu. From the Southern Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty, there was continuous incense. According to the documents and inscriptions on the unearthed statues, Wanfo temple was named Anpu temple in the Southern Dynasty, Jingzhong temple in the Tang Dynasty, Jingyin temple in the Song Dynasty, Wanfo temple in the Ming Dynasty, and was destroyed in the war in the late Ming Dynasty. Since the excavation of wanfosi site in 1882, a large number of stone statues, about 200 pieces, have been unearthed four times. The Buddhist statues in Chengdu area are the most representative of wanfosi. It has rich themes, complex and complete layout, exquisite carving, fluent lines, complex and exquisite clothing patterns, reflecting the characteristics of the northern and Southern Dynasties. Stone carvings of Wanfo temple have unique historical and artistic value. It is an important material for the study of Buddhist carvings in China and even in Sichuan. It is of great significance for the study of Buddhist development art in Chengdu in Chinese history.

Outdoor leisure area

The outdoor leisure exchange area of Daguan Art Museum covers an area of 2610 square meters, which is half of the total area of Daguan Art Museum. The outdoor leisure area of Daguan art museum is open from 9:30 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.
