Xue Taojing
Xue Tao, a native of Chang'an, was born in 770 and died in 832. She was a famous poetess in the middle Tang Dynasty. Born in Chang'an, Kyoto, she went to Sichuan with her father when she was young, and then she grew up in Chengdu. She was quick witted and talented from an early age. She and her contemporaries, such as Yuan Zhen, Bai Juyi, Niu monk, Ling Hu Chu, Pei Du, Yan Shou, Zhang Ji, Du Mu, Liu Yuxi, wrote many poems. Among them, there are many excellent works praising the beautiful rivers and mountains of the motherland, full of patriotic enthusiasm and caring for the suffering of the working people.
Development history
Xue Taojing's theory began in the Ming Dynasty and was not recorded before the song and Yuan Dynasties. According to he Yudu's Yibu Tanzi of Ming Dynasty and Cao Xuequan's Sichuan historical records, Xue Taojing, formerly known as yunnujin, is a place where Shu vassals made paper in Ming Dynasty. On March 3 every year, he collected water from this well to make 24 pieces of paper and paid 16 pieces of tribute. The rest were left in the vassals' residence, and there were no sellers in the market. Wang Shixing of Ming Dynasty described this note as "thicker and more beautiful than Koryo, named Xue Tao note." In this paper, "Koryo" is the famous Korean paper. Xue Taojing in the park is a relic of the Ming Dynasty.
In his farewell to Zhou Changyan and Huang Mengzhi, Yang Shen, the number one scholar in Zhengde of the Ming Dynasty, said: "the peach blossom is exposed in xuetaojing, while the willow is windy and wenjunxun is gentle." This is the first example of Xue Taojing in poetry. At the beginning of Wanli period, Hu Ding, who was then Sichuan's envoy, wrote two poems Xue Taojing, in which he said, "good things have been passed on to the well since then, flying into the Ninth Heaven every year.". Note after the poem: "your highness of Shu took this well water to make Wan Shou Jian Yun." During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Cao Xuequan, who was once Sichuan's right political adviser, wrote in the Guangji of Shuzhong: "when I passed here in the autumn of Geng Wu, I inquired the officials of the paper room," on March 3 of every year, I collected this well water, made 24 pieces of paper, paid 16 pieces of tribute, and the rest remained. " It can be seen that Xue Taojing, which has a history of 200 years, also provided well water for copying Xue taojian, and the paper room officials were still in office, and regularly copying Xue taojian. There are more records about Xue Taojing in Tianqi's Chengdu Fu Zhi: "Xue Taojing, formerly known as yunujin, is on the South Bank of Jinjiang River. The water is very clear and surrounded by stone railings. It is the place where the king of Shu made notes. There are several halls and courtyards for the soldiers to guard it." The records of Chengdu Fu Zhi written by Kangxi of Qing Dynasty are still the same as the former one.
To this day, the hall and the room are long gone, the paper making instruments are gone, and the only remains are the paper house and the water well.
