Yang himself did not come to live, but sent his relatives to live. After his death, Yang PI he was inherited by his four sons. Today, Yang PI he's children and grandchildren are still doing business in the Philippines. They sometimes come back to visit their villagers and ancestors. Due to the high quality of construction, timely maintenance and proper storage, the clock building is still in good condition. There are many kinds of fruit trees, such as loquat and longan, in the front and back of the small garden.
