Tomb of Chen Yingshi
The tomb of Chen Yingshi is located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Chen Yingshi's tomb was built in 1918, expanded in 1934 and rebuilt in 1998.

The tomb of Chen Yingshi is located at the eastern foot of Xian in the southern suburb of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, about 2km away from the urban area. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit.
Design features
The reconstructed Tomb of Chen Yingshi consists of three parts: stone tablet square, graveway and tomb, covering an area of about 3000 square meters. The length of the graveway is 201 meters and the width is 12 meters; the length of the central graveway is 100 meters and the width is 2.8 meters. The stone tablet square is 6.25 meters high and 7.20 meters wide. It is made of four pillars and three skyrocketing granite. A pair of stone lions on both sides of the stone tablet square are separated about. In the center of the tablet is Sun Yat Sen's handwritten "Chengren quyi"; on the left is Lin Sen's "great spirit forever"; on the right is Jiang Zhongzheng's inscription "spirit never dies". The couplets of stone pillars on both sides are respectively inscribed by Yu Youren and Cai Yuanpei. Yu Youren's inscription: "spring tastes autumn, people's tears, mountains and lakes light martyr's grave". Cai Yuanpei's inscription is: anecdotes are sufficient evidence, which can supplement the two biographies of Rangers; the former sages do not give up, the inquiry is the first-class of Lu lianzifang. ". Walking along the 100 meter tomb path and climbing up the steps, it is the first floor of the tomb. There are a pair of stone lions on both sides of the altar, which makes the mausoleum more solemn and solemn.
In the center of the altar is a huge granite stone tablet engraved with "admonishment of President sun Da", a total of 53 sentences and 212 words. It expresses Sun Yat Sen's high evaluation and deep feelings for the martyrs. Along the stone steps on both sides of the first floor of the altar, there is the tomb of Chen Yingshi. Under the upper circle of the tomb, the front of the tomb is engraved with four characters of "magnificent mountains and rivers", which was written by Wang Shantao, son of Wang Yiting, a modern calligrapher and painter from Lake. The dome of the tomb is covered with the emblem of the Chinese Kuomintang. The stone tablet in front of the tomb is engraved with Sun Yat Sen's handwritten "Tomb of Chen Gongying". Along both sides of the stone wall of the mausoleum, there are arc-shaped platforms, from which you can have a panoramic view of lakes and mountains.
On May 25, 2006, Chen Yingshi's tomb was approved by the State Council to be listed in the Sixth Batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
The tomb of martyr Chen Yingshi was built in the seventh year of the Republic of China and was seriously damaged during the "Cultural Revolution". In 1984, the state funded the restoration as it is, and in 1985, the completion ceremony of the restoration was held.
The Yingshi tomb, covering an area of about 3000 square meters, consists of three parts: Tomb, passage and stone tablet square. The tomb is square, with four characters "magnificent mountains and rivers" engraved on the front. It was written by Wang Yiyi, the son of Wang Yiting, a famous calligrapher and painter of modern Hu nationality. On the top of the tomb is carved the party emblem of the Chinese Kuomintang. The granite tombstone in front of the tomb is engraved with six characters in Dr. Sun Yat Sen's handwritten "Tomb of Chen Gongying".
The tomb is 201 meters long, with cypress, Holly and Magnolia on both sides. On the central platform of the mausoleum, there is a large stone bearing a huge stele. On the stele, there are 212 words of "eulogy" written by Sun Yat Sen and Liu San, which express Sun Yat Sen's high evaluation of Chen yingtu. The starting point of the passage is a 12 meter square archway platform, which stands the tomb of Chen Yingshi
There is a stone archway with a height of 6.25 meters and a width of 7.2 meters, which is called four pillars and three rooms skyrocketing style. The central plaque "Chengren quyi" is inscribed by Sun Yat Sen. the banner on the left is written by Lin Sen, and the banner on the right is written by Jiang Zhongzheng. There are two couplets carved on the four pillars of the memorial archway: in the middle is Cai Yuanpei's couplet: "soft things can make up for the two biographies of the knight errant; the sages won't let it, Xun is the first-class scholar in Lubian", and on both sides is Yu Youren's handwriting: "spring taste autumn, people's tears, mountains and lakes, martyrs' graves". On the top of Xianshan mountain is the "xiongkuating" built in the Yuan Dynasty. The pavilion was written by Zhao Mengfu, a great calligrapher from Hunan Province in the Yuan Dynasty. The couplets on the pillars of the pavilion are as follows: "the southwest peaks are beautiful, and the forests and valleys are beautiful; when the spring and autumn days are good, songs and tears are sung here.". Chen Yingshi is famous for his beauty. The couplet inlays "its beauty" and "dangsi" at the beginning and end to eulogize Chen Yingshi.
Commemorative figures
Chen Yingshi (1878-1916), a native of Huzhou, was one of the main backbones of the alliance. He was once the commander of the Shanghai army. In 1913, Yuan Shikai conspired to become emperor, and Chen Yingshi rose up against yuan. After the failure, he followed Dr. Sun Yat Sen to organize the Chinese revolutionary party in Japan and organized the armed uprising against yuan in Shanghai. He was assassinated by Yuan Shikai in Shanghai in the 5th year of the Republic of China. He was buried in Huzhou on May 18th, and died at the age of 38.
