History Introduction
According to the records of Kangxi general annals of Guizhou Province, Bi Sancai, governor of Guizhou Province, built the pavilion in 1604. According to bi Sancai's inscription on guanfengtai, it was completed in a hundred days. On February 3 of Jiachen, Yu invited Zhongcheng Guo Gong to visit with him. It's also a day with beautiful clouds and beautiful wind. It's a castle in the air. It's surrounded by hibiscus, surrounded by three streams, east wall screen and West Qing Dynasty pen. Kuo Gong longed to say, "this is one of the wonders of Guanfeng." This is the name of guanfengtai. In ancient times, the custom of observing the wind is similar to observing the weather, so it is also called the observatory. The observatory is also said to be. It is said that when Zhuge Liang was on the South expedition, General Ma Zhong once stationed on the mountain to observe the sky and measure the clouds, so it was named the observatory. From the stage, you can see the beautiful scenery on both sides of Nanming River. The viewing platform has become a popular place for spring visitors. Ruan Zhongming, a native of the old county, said in a couplet: "on this high platform on the river, save Tan Bing, and return to the army in Hanwu township. The golden dagger on earth hurts the past. In the song, you can hear that the willows are broken, the setting sun is full of trees, and the sound of whose jade flute flies in the dark after the victory song of ewenxiang.". Yang Wenzhao once wrote a poem, "the grass is as green as smoke, and the light falls before your eyes.". Temple gate edge road turn, the river embraces the mountain circle. The dense trees are rich in rain, and the new seedlings are planted in the field. A wisp of broken rays flies, and the sky is far away from the pulse. (see Yu Xiangguan poetry anthology and selected poems of six schools in Qiannan). In 1928, the radio station was built on it. Houguanfeng mountain is a residential area surrounded by highways. Most of the tombs on the mountain have been removed, except for the tombs of Ma Fumin, his son Ma Yinglong and Zhang xianbi in Ming Dynasty. During the "Cultural Revolution", the temples, pavilions and pavilions on the mountain were all regarded as "four old" and were completely destroyed. In 1980, Guiyang Civil Air Defense Commission set up air defense alarm on the mountain. In recent years, the CPC Guizhou provincial Party committee has repaired and built pavilions and other facilities on the mountain for tourists to visit.

Visitors can turn from guanshui road to Nanming East Road, and walk up the slope at the provincial Party committee's motorcade for about 300 meters before they can see the mountain gate.
