The Cultural Palace of railway workers is located on Jingyi road and Weisi Road, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It was built in 1939. With a construction area of 800 square meters and 715 audience seats, it was built to commemorate the February 7th railway workers' strike.

Originally used as an internal auditorium. After liberation, it was subordinate to the trade union of Jinan Railway Bureau. In 1952, it was named "February 7th theater" to commemorate the "February 7th" strike of railway workers. It was given its current name in 1957.
