Fenyang Road
Fenyang Road, known as route Pichon from 1902 to 1943, was once a street in Shanghai French concession. Generally north-south trend, North Huaihai Road, South Yueyang Road, a total length of 815 meters. Due to the overcrowding of staff in and out of Shanghai Ophthalmology, otolaryngology hospital, Fenyang Road (Taiyuan road to Yueyang Road) has changed from two-way driving to one-way driving from west to East.

In 1902, the Council of the French concession in Shanghai crossed the border and was named after the French envoy to China. In 1914, when the French concession in Shanghai expanded, it was included in the concession. In 1943, Wang Jingwei government took over the French concession in Shanghai and renamed it Fenyang road as the place name of Shanxi Province. Along the road are residential areas.
