Chongqing Central Park, located in Tongmao Avenue and Jieqing avenue of Liangjiang New District, Chongqing, is officially promoted as the largest open urban central park in China (2013).

It is located between Jiangbei International Airport and Yuelai Convention and Exhibition Center, covering an area of 1.53 square kilometers. It is generally spread out in a strip shape from north to south, 2400 meters long from north to south, 770 meters wide from east to west, and 600 meters narrow from east to west. About the park

The bus stop is underground

Playing with fountains in central square

The central square is the highest part of the park. It covers an area of 30 hectares and can accommodate 100000 people. There are tree shade square, tree array grassland, etc.

On the central axis of the central square is the largest fountain in our city. The fountain is divided into three areas, namely, the fountain viewing area, the fountain interactive area and the water curtain film area. The performance of the fountain viewing area is a large-scale program of "so many beautiful rivers and mountains".

In the fountain interaction area, the height of the fountain is only 1-1.5 meters. You can walk through the fountain in summer.

Starting this week (September 4, 2017), the playing time of Chongqing central park music fountain will be changed to 7:30 every Saturday evening.

Activities and flowers on festival Avenue

The stops along the way are Yubei Taiwan Business Industrial Park, Lianggang Avenue, Huayu, nishang Avenue, gongjiayan, clothing City Avenue, huajiawan, Baotong Road, Industrial Park East, Industrial Park West, Yubei Vocational Education Center, Yubei electromechanical City, Yubei mold Park, Shengjing Tianxia, Guifu dadaokou, Guifu Avenue 1 station, Guifu Avenue 2 station, Yubei human social security center, Tongmao Avenue Tian station Jinzhan, Tongmao Avenue, Central Park East, Central Park East Road.

Main transfer stations: Industrial Park West, Industrial Park East, huajiawan. Along rail line 3, you can walk about 500 meters to the west of the industrial park through Huixing station of rail line 3, and then transfer to bus 689 to Central Park East Road. From Guanyinqiao and Jiazhou Road, you can take 608, 610, 619 to the east of the industrial park and huajiawan, and then transfer to bus 689 to Central Park East Road.

2. No. 685 bus was opened on December 31, 2012, from the south of Lianglu to the Central Park, and extended to the North Station of Expo Center (next to Yuelai station of rail line 6) in 2013.

Self driving

If you are self driving, you can go through the urban area of Lianglu (near Huixing), and then turn to three East-West avenues (Tongmao, langui, Tengfang) running through the Central Park via Lanxin Avenue. When there is congestion near Huixing, but the airport expressway is unblocked, you can slow down through the exit of Chongqing air route (urban area of two roads) of airport expressway, turn right continuously for three times, enter Tongmao tunnel, and go through Tongmao Avenue.

From Guanyinqiao, Renhe and other places, you can go north through Jinshan Avenue and turn right into Tongmao Avenue.

Spring is everywhere.

Located in jiangbeizui Central Business District, Jiangbei District, Chongqing, the biggest attraction is the exquisite greening. As soon as you enter the park, a central axis running through the whole park from west to East is presented. This is also the main road of the Central Park. Citizens can walk along this central axis to the Chongqing science and Technology Museum in the middle of the central axis and Chongqing Grand Theater by the river. Old streets reappear

In the middle part of the central axis, there is a transverse footpath that intersects with it, which is called Guihua street. There are two churches with different styles on the street. In the front, a light colored Catholic Church is called Teresa church, and in the back, a dark gray Christian Church is called Evangelical Church. Many years ago, the two churches were the highlights of old Jiangbei City. This time, they were "reborn" in the Central Park.

Teresa hall was rebuilt, and all the bricks used to build it came from the old Teresa hall. Today, the two churches have been built and opened, and the bell tower will ring every Christmas and new year's Eve. In addition, the old buildings in the park, such as the weather observation Pavilion and the tomb of mingyuzhen, are being rebuilt and will meet the general public in the near future.

Dream starlight

As night falls, there will be three different styles of lighting to light up the park.

The first is the two rows of rectangular hollow granite lighting on the central axis square. The lower part of their "bodies" is equipped with lamps that shoot to the ground, while the upper part is equipped with lamps of different colors. In the future, the colors of this group of lights will be different every day to represent different dates.
