Penglai fairyland

Penglai Xianjie leisure agriculture tourism area is located in Niuchang Township, Baiyun District, Guiyang City, 25 kilometers away from the urban area. It is one of the national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration sites. With a total planning area of 66.5 square kilometers and a core area of 2000 mu, the scenic spot is an agricultural tourism area with modern agriculture exhibition as its basic function, integrating ecological agriculture, circular agriculture, exquisite agriculture, tourism and leisure agriculture.

development history

In 2010, Guizhou modern agriculture exhibition area was located in Niuchang Township, Baiyun District, and Penglai fairyland scenic spot was located in Penglai village. In 2012, Penglai Xianjie scenic spot was built. It was rated as a national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration site in that year, and successfully declared as a national 3A scenic spot. In the same year, it was also included in the "five 100" project of Guizhou Province, and gradually became a popular destination for citizens' leisure tourism. The villagers went to work in the park. Penglai village established a tourism development company by way of villagers' shares, and 20 or 30 villagers around set up farmhouse.

In 2015, Penglai fairyland was rated as a national 4A scenic spot. Relying on the opportunity of the first agricultural Carnival held in Guiyang, it carried out the urban modern agriculture upgrading and transformation on the whole along the seven kilometer line from Dula township to Niuchang Township, created the seven kilometer "Shennong Manor", "lotus pond Moonlight", "Buddha field spring charm" and other "nine chapters" landscape, and Penglai fairyland became a major scenic spot.
