Moon Bay

Tai O Bay

There are many bays between Tongguling and tonggujiao, among which DAAO Bay, located at the foot of tonggujiao mountain, is particularly beautiful. From the main peak of Tongguling downhill to the south, before arriving at the southern end of the Stone Park, DAAO Bay is a must pass. At both ends of the Bay are lush peaks, and in the middle is a white sand beach only over 1 km long. The waves in the "U" shaped Bay are just like those in the Moon Bay. Stone Park

Stone Park is located at the foot of tonggujiao mountain between Yunlong Bay and tongguzui. In fact, these stones are found in many places of Hainan Island. But because they are attached to Tongguling, and because they are basalts formed by basaltic magma rising and spilling over the earth's surface along the fault zone, the stones in the stone park are unusual. The big and small stones on the beach have been eroded by the waves and wind and rain for a long time. They have different shapes and colors. Tongguzui

It is said that "fengdongshi" is the incarnation of a fairy named Jinsi girl. A long time ago, the Jade Emperor was seriously ill, and the emperor's mother dreamed of Tongguling at night

There were herbs to cure, so she sent the fairy girl Jinsi to the mountain to collect. When he met a macaque, he fell into a mountain stream and was rescued by a local young hunter. In order to repay the young man's life-saving kindness, Miss Jinsi yearns for earthly life. They fall in love and become husband and wife. One day, they went up the mountain to hunt and collect herbs. At the top of the mountain, Miss Jinsi met a villain who tried to take her away. The girl didn't follow. She called for help to Fu Lang who was at the north foot of the mountain. In a critical moment, the villain killed the girl. Then he shot the husband of the girl with a bow and arrow. In a flash, the husband and wife turned into two strange stones, the outstretched man and the windmill. For thousands of years, this couple turned into a stone, one at the top of the mountain, the other at the foot of the mountain, with their arms outstretched and nodded to show their faithful love.

Another way of saying is that there are 3650 hidden dragon like and crouching tiger like stones under Tongguling. They used to be a sheep with only life. The fengdongshi is the "shepherdess girl" who stands at the top. One day, the emperor went on a tour and saw a beautiful scene of shepherding. He loved it very much. National Nature Reserve

Tongguling Nature Reserve is located on the alluvial marine accumulation terrace plain of northeast Hainan on the coast of South China Sea. A comprehensive survey of Tongguling Nature Reserve was carried out in 1987. It was found that there were 908 plant species, belonging to 587 genera, 162 families. There are 32 species belonging to 26 genera of 16 families, 2 species belonging to 2 families and 2 genera of gymnosperms and 874 species belonging to 559 genera of 154 families of angiosperms.
