Qin Changcheng, male, 32 years old (2011), is a villager of Qin village, xixingdian Township, Botou City.

He had been doing fruit retail business in Shijiazhuang before the crime. Hebei Provincial Public Security Department and Cangzhou Public Security Bureau immediately sent personnel to the scene to guide the investigation. The police arrested the suspect the Great Wall in the early morning of 27.
